★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Personal. Ich brauchte kurz vor Ende der Öffnungszeit noch was. Auf meine Frage hin ob das noch ok sei bekam ich sinngemäß die Antwort: eh klar.
Ich wurde dann bis ca. 12 Minuten nach Dienstschluss noch sehr höflich und ausführlich Beraten. Danke!
 Very nice staff. I needed something shortly before the opening hours. When I asked if that was still ok, I got the answer: anyway, of course.
I was then very politely and extensively advised until about 12 minutes after the end of duty. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann gut sein, dass es heute nicht euer Tag war, aber Menschen kommen dahin weil sie andere Menschen pflegen oder es ihnen selbst nicht blendend geht. Da könnte man wenigstens unfreundliche Kommentare sein lassen und versuchen Menschen nicht einfach schnell abzufertigen. Schon garnicht wenn mein Familienmitglied, dann weinend euren Laden verlässt, wegen den Aussagen eurer Kollegin.
It may well be that it wasn't your day today, but people come there because they care for other people or because they are not doing well themselves. You could at least leave unfriendly comments and try not to deal with people quickly. Especially not when my family member leaves your shop crying because of the statements made by your colleague.
