B	Beatrix Koll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad- und WC-Renovierung sind nun abgeschlossen und wir können folgendes Fazit ziehen: Da wir eine Totalrenovierung benötigten, waren Leute für Abriss und Entsorgung, Installateure, Maurer, Maler, Fliesenleger und Elektriker am Werk. Allesamt eine flotte und freundliche Truppe. Der Wahnsinn (im positiven Sinn) waren die Fliesenleger und die Installateure, das kann man nicht besser machen. Bad und WC sehen nun top aus; einziger Wermutstropfen: Es wurde dann teurer als beim Kostenvoranschlag. Von der Schadensbehebung bis zur Sanierung waren alle Mitarbeiter, Handwerker und Partnerfirmen sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und engagiert und auch flexibel bei Wünschen oder Schwierigkeiten, welche zwischendurch aufgekommen sind. Mitarbeiter kompetent, pünktlich, freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Baustelle wurde stets aufgeräumt und sauber verlassen. Es wurde ein "Wohlfühlbad". Bin sehr zufrieden und werde sie auch weiter empfehlen bzw. habe sie bereits weiter empfohlen. The bathroom renovation has gone. Der mitgebrachte Lehrling beteiligte sich 5min an der Arbeit des Kollegen, wurde aber voll auf der Rechnung aufgelistet und erst nach Beschwerde von der Rechnung gestrichen. Leider habe ich dem Arbeiter naiverweise geglaubt, dass er die guten 45min für's Holen eines vergessenen Artikels nicht als Arbeitszeit verrechnen lassen würde. Wurde diese aber sehrwohl und nach einer Beschwerde diesbezüglich wusste dieser offenbar nichts mehr davon. Zum Schluss hat beim montierten Rohr auch noch die Verschraubung getropft, als der Installateur schon weg war. Watch out! Aber Achtung bei der Abrechnung, da wird ganz gerne doppelt verrechnet und für 10 Minuten Arbeit gerne eine ganze Stunde eingetragen, und zus. die Anfahrt und Werkzeugpauschale. Auch wenn vorher eindeutig was anderes ausgemacht wurde. Der Betrag wurde im Nachhinein zwar korrigiert, aber ärgerlich, dass man da dann extra nachrennen und drüber diskutieren muss!
