Die Rückabwicklung mit diesem Unternehmen stellt sich als überaus schwierig, langwierig und damit nicht kundenfreundlich dar. Daher kann ich das Unternehmen in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the customer service from this company. The ordered product does not have the required function despite direct demand. The reverse transaction with this company turns out to be extremely difficult, tedious and therefore not customer-friendly. Therefore, I cannot recommend the company in any way.
