Ohne Druck machen die Mitarbeiter kaum vorwärts und wenn man jemand bestimmtes verlangt z.b. den Mitarbeiter des aktuellen Supportfalles, sind die entweder nicht da oder nehmen einfach den Anruf nicht an. Sind auch keine Einzelfälle. Schade.
The products are ok but the service is pretty bad. Without pressure, the employees hardly make any progress and if you ask someone specific, e.g. the employee of the current support case, they are either not there or simply do not take the call. They are not isolated cases either. Too bad.
