★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich lies einen Antikörpertest durchführen. Vom Ablauf her gesehen alles einwandfrei. Online gebucht, bezahlt und telefonisch Termin vereinbart. Absolut keine Wartezeit! Wie gesagt einwandfrei.
Aber leider erfolgt keine Feststellung der Anzahl der Antikörper ich im Blut sondern nur ob positiv oder negativ.
Darauf wird auf der Homepage NICHT hingewiesen! Somit hab ich mir die 45 € ans Bein geschmiert und muss erst zum Arzt. Dafür hab ich eine Woche auf einen Termin gewartet Zeit und Geld ? unnötig investiert und bin so Informiert wie davor!
I had an antibody test done. From the point of view of the process everything is perfect. Booked online, paid for and made an appointment by phone. Absolutely no waiting time! As I said, perfect.
But unfortunately there is no determination of the number of antibodies in the blood, only whether it is positive or negative.
This is NOT indicated on the homepage! So I smeared the 45 € on my leg and have to see a doctor first. For this I waited a week for an appointment time and money ? invested unnecessarily and am as informed as before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 9.00 h hatte ich meinen Termin. Um 8.55h stand ich in der Schlange, ca 10 Autos vor mir. Um 9.33 war ich an der Reihe.
Es wundert mich, dass jemand unfähig ist Termine einzuhalten, aber eine Lizenz für Labortest hat.
Es wäre doch ganz einfach, wenn das Personal, Klienten welche zu früh kommen (und sich "vorträngen") , zu sagen, sie müßten sich hinten anstellen.
I had my appointment at 9:00 a.m. At 8.55 am I was in the queue, about 10 cars in front of me. At 9.33 it was my turn.
I am amazed that someone is unable to meet deadlines but has a license for laboratory testing.
It would be very easy if the staff, clients who come too early (and "move forward"), tell them to queue up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR-Test vor Ort machen lassen. Gut, schnell, günstig. Mundhölenabstrich, sehr angenehm. Ergebnis war nach 6 Stunden da. Top.
Have a PCR test carried out on site. Good, fast, cheap. Oral swab, very pleasant. The result was there after 6 hours. Top.

The site is in German. Arrival time and check-in must be arranged after payment. Very unfriendly. And in full payment. I would consider other alternatives.

I called to inquire about COVID19 test and a very unfriendly impatient woman answer the phone, she looked very offended and unwilling to talk and I had to fin8sh the call after 1 minute and thought it might be better to send them email, they never respond to emails. I hope their test's accuracy is not the same level like their customer service! its much better to try any other lab in Salzburg at least you can find some respectful humans to communicate with
