Sehr unprofessionelles Verhältnis zum Kunden! Die arbeiten dort sehr professionell, flexibel in der Terminvergabe, Kundenorientiert und der Werkstatt Chef bringt ein hohes Fachwissen mit. Mir wurde sofort ein Leihauto angeboten... In einer anderen Werkstatt vor etwa 2 Monaten musste ich diesbezüglich darum betteln und hab trotzdem keins bekommen. In jeder Hinsicht ist diese Werkstatt zu empfehlen. Ich hoffe man sieht sich nicht so schnell wieder, falls doch dann werde ich wieder hier mein Auto repariert lassen. In my last 21 years I have been to many workshops, from small and medium-sized to contract workshops. I can only say positive things. They work there very professionally, flexibly in the allocation of appointments, customer-oriented and the workshop boss has a high level of specialist knowledge. I was immediately offered a rental car ... In another workshop about 2 months ago I had to beg for it and still didn't get one. This workshop is recommended in every respect. I hope they won't see each other again soon, if they do then I'll have my car repaired here again.
