R	Rene Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung durch Herrn W., alle Autos wurden mir gut präsentiert und anschließende Probefahrten waren kein Problem. Besonders die offene Art und Ehrlichkeit, sind mMn. ein wichtiger Faktor für eine erfolgreiche und langanhaltende Geschäftsbeziehung. Nach zahlreichen Angeboten von diversen großen Händlern für mein Eintauschfahrzeug, kann ich mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass hier der Eintauschwert unter den Top 3 liegt. Den Service an Fahrzeugen kann ich (noch) nicht beurteilen. Das wird sich jedoch bald ändern. Very good advice from Mr W., all the cars were presented to me well and subsequent test drives were no problem. Especially the open manner and honesty are mmn. an important factor for a successful and long-lasting business relationship. After numerous offers from various large dealers for my trade-in vehicle, I can say with a clear conscience that the trade-in value is among the top 3 here. I cannot (yet) judge the service on vehicles. However, that will soon change.

D	Don35 - Die Mobilität on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Außer teuer nur schlechtes Service.Ein Gespräch nach dem Service und der Reklamation gibt es nicht. Schlüsselübergabe und auf Wiedersehen. Beanstandete Probleme werden ignoriert. Scheinbar ist das bei allen Denzel so, war auch schon in Simmering=gleiches. Werde versuchen eine neue Mitsubishi Werkstatt zu finden. Apart from expensive only bad service. There is no discussion after the service and the complaint. Key handover and goodbye. Problems reported will be ignored. Apparently that's the case with all Denzel, it was already in Simmering=same. Will try to find a new Mitsubishi workshop.
R	Rainer Smekal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Werkstatt, leider muss die Werkstatt die Fehler der Marke Hyundai wett machen, das kann niemals gelingen. Werkstatt war fix und bemüht, das notwendige Ersatzteil wurde 6,5 Monaten (kein Schreibfehler!!!) nicht geliefert. Die/der Verantwortliche sollte sich in Grund und Boden schämen und persönlich die entstandenen Kosten und Unannehmlichkeiten ausgleichen. Also, die Werkstatt gerne wieder, aber nie wieder mit einem Hyundai! Good workshop, unfortunately the workshop has to make up for the mistakes made by the Hyundai brand, that can never succeed. Workshop was quick and tried, the necessary spare part was not delivered 6.5 months (no typo!!!). The person responsible should feel ashamed and personally compensate for the costs and inconveniences incurred. So, the workshop gladly again, but never again with a Hyundai!
