ECKE TRIESTERSTR die ich am Montag den 15.11.2021 besuchte und wo die Probleme von meinem Auto bestens gelöst wurden Andere Autoreperatur Firmen würden sich alle zehn Finger abschlecken wenn sie solches Personal hätten. ECKE TRIESTERSTR which I visited on Monday, November 15th, 2021 and where the problems with my car were solved in the best way. D	Dagmar Avci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte nur einen Kostenvoranschlag für eine Reparatur einholen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass dies ohne Termin möglich ist. Als ich dann dort war, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Pickerlüberprüfung um 67 Euro machen muss, welche nur nach Terminvereinbarung durchgeführt werden kann, erst danach wäre es möglich mir zu sagen, was repariert werden muss. Der Mitarbeiter war unhöflich und offensichtlich überfordert, von einem professionellen Kundenservice weit entfernt. Für mich nie wieder Lucky Car. I just wanted to get an estimate for a repair. I was told on the phone that this is possible without an appointment. When I was there, I was told that I had to do a sticker check for 67 euros, which can only be carried out by making an appointment, only then would it be possible to tell me what needs to be repaired. The staff member was rude and obviously overwhelmed, far from professional customer service. Never again Lucky Car for me.

Mal hier und kann das Team nur weiterempfehlen! From arranging an appointment to the absolutely fair price to holding the door open when leaving the workshop, everything is great :-) I've been here for the 3rd time and can only recommend the team!

V	Volodia Kotylo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to clean the tire inside, because of rust and air leak. Took 30 minutes to wait... About 45 minutes to clean with pauses. But I'm thankful, because I have usable tire for a season. 25 ?. In another MIDAS last year the same job costed 10 ?, go figure :)
