Wenn ein Autoverkäufer gleichzeitig 3 Personen bedienen muss, werde ich doch sehr nachdenklich. Ein Verkäufer, Herr G. in der Box ganz links, versuchte verzweifelt sich unfreundlich abzugrenzen und die anderer beiden Verkäufer zerreisst es fast vor Arbeit. Ich habe 4 Anläufe genötigt, bis ich endlich zwar glücklich, aber doch besorgt, mit meinem Auto vom Hof gefahren bin. Extremely friendly and professional service, unfortunately you notice as a customer, that absolute staff shortage in the car dealership Wipplinger in Mauthausen prevails. If a car salesman has to serve 3 people at the same time, I will be very thoughtful. A salesman, Mr. G. in the box on the far left, desperately tried to demarcate himself unfriendly and the other two sellers tore it almost before work. I had to make 4 attempts until finally, although happy, but worried, I drove my car out of the yard.

War bereits 2014 begeistert vom Kundenservice und bin es auch aktuell noch. Fühle mich gut und fair behandelt, auch wenn ich nicht mit einem Neuwagen vom Hof fahre. Danke! Auf die Frage beim zweiten Besuch was denn noch als Preisnachlass geht kam dann die Antwort :das ist der Endpreis Wenn ich beim Billa eine Wurstsemmel kaufe dann wird da auch nicht Preisverhandelt. Da ging es um einen Betrag von € 24.800. Beim Billa gibt's sogar auf ein Wurstsemmerl 25 % mit Rabattmarkerl. Sehr unprofessionelle arrogante Antwort von Hr S. Hab mich sehr geärgert. Zum Glück gibt's noch viele andere Automarken und netteres Personal. I was interested in an Opel and also did a test drive. When asked on the second visit what else is possible as a discount, the answer came: that is the final price If I buy a sausage roll at Billa then there is no price negotiation. It was about an amount of € 24,800. At the Billa there is even 25% off a sausage roll with a discount tokens. Very unprofessional arrogant answer from Mr. S. I was very annoyed. Fortunately, there are many other makes of cars and nicer staff.

(Ich hatte auch schon zwei Audi A6 und weiß wovon ich spreche). Der Vorführwagen (e-Niro) war zur Abholung geputzt im Schauraum. Alles Bestens! The support / advice here is much better than in glass palaces of the German luxury brands. (I've already had two Audi A6s and I know what I'm talking about). The demonstration car (e-Niro) was cleaned in the showroom for collection. All the best!
T	Tobi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte dem Autohaus bereits vor einiger Zeit eine Kundin für einen Gebrauchtwagen FIAT Punto gebracht bzw vermittelt! War dann selbst vor Ort und hab das Fzg der Kundin gezeigt, erklärt, probegefahren etc, der Verkäufer hatte mit dem Verkauf nichts zu tun ausser den Kaufvertrag zu schreiben! Nach erfolgtem Kauf bzw Verkauf wurde meiner Anfrage nach einer kleinen Anerkennung für mich (z.b. in Form eines Gutscheins) nach vorheriger Zusage des Verkaufsleiter dann doch mit höchster Arroganz eine Abfuhr erwiesen, was ich mir den überhaupt einbilde oder gar erlaube! Hab das so akzeptiert, werde aber mit Sicherheit nie wieder einen Schritt in dieses Autohaus setzen oder jmd empfehlen dort etwas zu kaufen! Was then there myself and showed the vehicle to the customer, explained it, test drove it, etc., the seller had nothing to do with the sale except to write the purchase contract! After the purchase or sale, my request for a small recognition for me (e.g. in the form of a voucher) was rebuffed with the utmost arrogance after prior approval by the sales manager, which I imagine or even allow! I accepted it that way, but I will certainly never step into this dealership again or recommend someone to buy something there!

Es wurden sogar die etwas matten Scheinwerfergehäuse getauscht, obwohl ich das beim Kauf nicht beanstandet habe. Da war ich schon sehr positiv überrascht. Das Autohaus Wipplinger hat jetzt einen Servicekunden mehr. Für mich, eine klare Empfehlung. I test drove a used Opel Combo and then bought it. The car was handed over on time and perfectly cleaned as discussed. Even the somewhat dull headlight housings were exchanged, although I didn't complain about that when I bought it. I was very positively surprised. The Wipplinger car dealership now has one more service customer. For me, a clear recommendation.
