Von der Anbahnung seitens des Geschäftsführers, der äußerst freundlich, engagiert und kompetent alle Fragen allumfassendst beantwortet hat, bis hin zum definitiven Kauf der Fahrzeuge, war ALLES perfekt. Die Kaufabwicklung und die Nachbearbeitung (persönliches Nachfragen nach einigen Wochen, ob alles in Ordnung ist) sind für mich Parameter und Wegweiser, wie SO zufriedengestellte Kunden, wieder den Weg in dieses Unternehmen finden werden, wo vom Empfang bis zum Geschäftsführer ALLE, sprich das komplette Team daran höchst interessiert ist/sind, Kundendienst - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes - zu leben!!! From the initiation on the part of the managing director, who answered all questions in an extremely friendly, committed and competent manner, to the definitive purchase of the vehicles, EVERYTHING was perfect. The purchase process and the postprocessing (personal inquiries after a few weeks whether everything is OK) are parameters and guides for me, like SO satisfied customers, will find their way back into this company, where from reception to the managing director EVERYONE, that is, the complete one Team is / are most interested in living customer service - in the truest sense of the word! Und dies mit Grund: sehr freundlich, kompetente Beratung, nimmt sich Zeit für den Kunden und immer ein gutes Auto. Kein Problem sich telefonisch ein Fahrzeug bis zum Nachmittag zu reservieren, wenn man (wie ich) eine lange Anfahrt hat. Mit unserem letzten Prius (vor 5 Jahren hier gekauft und dann nochmals 90.000 km gefahren) haben wir keinerlei Probleme gehabt, nur normale Verschleissteile. Fahre "gerne" über 600 km hin und zurück vom Tirol aus weil ich einfach ein gutes Gefühl habe, hier beim Autohaus Mitterbauer ein Kunde zu sein. Am Telefon wird sofort abgehoben und die Atmosphäre im Team ist sehr gut und freundlich. Herrn Panhofer gibt zwar die Autos nicht zum billigsten Preis her, aber für einen fairen Preis für beide Seiten. Und hat Handschlagqualiät, was ausgemacht wird, das hält. Ich freue mich schon auf nächsten Mittwoch wo ich den "neuen" Prius (aus 2013) abhole. This is the second time I have bought a Toyota Prius (used) from Mr. Panhofer. And with good reason: very friendly, competent advice, takes time for the customer and always a good car. No problem to reserve a vehicle by phone until the afternoon if you have a long journey (like me). With our last Prius (bought here 5 years ago and then driven another 90,000 km) we didn't have any problems, just normal wearing parts. I "like" to drive over 600 km there and back from Tyrol because I just have a good feeling to be a customer of the Mitterbauer car dealership. They pick up the phone immediately and the atmosphere in the team is very good and friendly. Mr. Panhofer doesn't sell the cars for the cheapest price, but for a fair price for both parties. And has a handshake quality, what is agreed, that lasts. I'm already looking forward to next Wednesday where I'll pick up the "new" Prius (from 2013).

k	kate gal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niestety ale na miano sprzedawcy roku raczej nie zasłużyli. W swojej ofercie mieli dokładnie ten model i te parametry auta, które były przez nas poszukiwane. Przetestowaliśmy auto sami i samy odpowiedzieliśmy sobie na wszystkie pytania. Zarezerwowaliśmy auto. Niestety musieliśmy poczekać najpierw na osobę odpowiedzialną za sprzedaż, jeden tydzień. Następnie kolejny tydzień na osobę odpowiedzialną za kredyt. Jak już wszyscy wypoczęli i wyzdrowieli to nastąpił cud. Auto zostało sprzedane, tylko komuś innemu przez inny salon, ale tego samego właściciela. Nawet nie zostaliśmy o takiej możliwości poinformowani przez panią, która najwyraźniej pełni tam rolę statystki, bo większą wiedzę posiada mechanik. Właściciel kontaktował się z nami z zaproponował na inne auto droższe o 8.000€. Porażka!!! Unfortunately, they did not deserve to be called the seller of the year. They offered exactly this model and the parameters of the car that we were looking for. We tested the car ourselves and answered all the questions ourselves. We booked a car. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the sales person first, one week. Then another week for the person responsible for the loan. When everyone rested and recovered, a miracle happened. The car was sold only to someone else by another showroom, but by the same owner. We were not even informed about such a possibility by the lady, who apparently acts as an extra there, because the mechanic has more knowledge. The owner contacted us with a suggestion for another car, which was 8,000 € more expensive. Failure!!!
