Die Firma hatte schon keine Lust, weil es Kärnten war. Sie haben bis heute keine ordentliche Abnahme durchgeführt. Gegen meinen Willen ( um nicht wieder hinfahren zu müssen) die Sockelbleche zu zeitig montiert ( vor Sockelputz). Es wurde vereinbart, dass diese bei Beschädigungen ausgetauscht werden. Nicht passiert. Die Regenrohre waren zu kurz 2 Meter übern Sockel und im Sommer lief das Wasser an Haus und alles und sie reagierten nicht im September habe ich es für 600 Euro repariert. Beim Einbau der Dachfenster haben sie innen alles rausgebrochen und das war monatelang nicht reparierbar und auch hier keine Haftpflicht keine Beseitigung. Jetzt im Winter standen die Eiszapfen auch im Dach und laut Gutachter kann es undicht sein. Auch hier keine Antwort. Keine Begutachtung. Vollkommen bezahlt und es wurde schriftlich von der Firma bestätigt dass ich 5 Jahre Gewährleistung habe. Dann haben sie Zuviel Dachziegel bestellt und die ganze Palette einfach liegengelassen die ich nicht anheben. Ich habe seit Juni alles versucht, um diese Firma zu erreichen und wurde einfach ignoriert. Paid in full and confirmed in writing by the company that I have a 5 year warranty. Then they ordered too many roof tiles and simply left the whole pallet lying around, which I didn't pick up. I have tried everything to reach this company since June and have just been ignored.
