★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Beratung auch bei Ersatzteilen. Mitarbeiter*innen nehmen sich Zeit und erledigen die Aufträge rasch und zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Viele Ersatzteile für Oldtimer des VW/Audi Konzerns, welche im Nachbau nicht mehr erhältlich sind, sind hier auf Bestellung noch zu bekommen.
 Top advice on spare parts too. Employees take their time and complete the orders quickly and to their full satisfaction. Many spare parts for oldtimers of the VW / Audi Group, which are no longer available as replicas, can still be ordered here.

Absolut zufrieden mit der Beratung, Verkäufer hatte wirklich Ahnung und war suuper lieb - er fuhr extra vom Homeoffice in die Firma um uns Persönlich das Auto zu übergeben!
Super schnelle Kreditanfrage geklärt zu guten Konditionen (ok ich hätte gerne ne längere Laufzeit gehabt, wurde aber wohl so Angefragt, dass ich den Kredit auf jeden Fall allein bekommen hab)
I picked up my new car from Ortner yesterday
Absolutely satisfied with the advice, the seller really had a clue and was super nice - he drove from the home office to the company to hand over the car to us personally!
Super fast loan request clarified on good terms (ok I would have liked to have had a longer term, but the request was made in such a way that I definitely got the loan on my own)

Autohaus Ortner aus Perg hat einen wahnsinnig tollen Kundenservice, jeder grüßt dich freundlich und selbst für die kurze Wartezeit während des Werkstattaufenthaltes gab es gleich Kaffee. Ich war bei 7 anderen Werkstätten in der Region aber diese hat mich nun als Stammkunden gewonnen da alles professionell abgewickelt wurde und Preis/Leistung unschlagbar ist. Auch für moderne Probleme wie Apple Car Play nachrüsten ist diese Werkstatt der Top Ansprechpartner - die kennen sich wirklich aus. TOP!
I'm surprised! Autohaus Ortner from Perg has an insanely great customer service, everyone greets you friendly and even for the short wait during the workshop stay there was the same coffee. I was with seven other workshops in the region but this has now won me as a regular customer since everything was handled professionally and price / performance is unbeatable. retrofitted for modern problems such as Apple Car Play this workshop of the top contact - who really know their stuff. TOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider die schlechteste Kauferfahrung überhaupt. Verkäufer ruft nicht oder erst Tage später nach mehrfachen Urgenzen zurück. Auto wird schlichtweg ohne Information an den Kunden nicht zum Vereinbarten Termin ausgeliefert (Vorführwagen!) und dann darf man sich noch mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden abspeisen lassen. Es sollte im Interesse des Autohauses sein, dem Käufer eine tolle Erfahrung zu bieten, wenn man um viel Geld einen PKW kauft. Das alles ist so dermaßen negativ behaftet, dass einem die Freude am neuen Auto genommen wird.
Das Management sollte ernsthaft überlegen, manche Verkäufer nicht mehr auf die Kunden loszulassen. Wir werden definitiv wieder ein Fahrzeug aus dem VW Konzern kaufen aber garantiert nicht mehr bei diesem Autohaus.
Unfortunately the worst buying experience ever. Seller does not call back or only calls back days later after multiple urgent calls. The car is simply not delivered on the agreed date without the customer being informed (demonstration car!) and then you can still be fobbed off with flimsy excuses. It should be in the dealership's interest to provide the buyer with a great experience when buying a car for a lot of money. All of this has such a negative connotation that it takes away the joy of the new car.
Management should seriously consider not letting some salespeople loose on customers. We will definitely buy a vehicle from the VW Group again, but definitely not from this dealership again.
