Per Mail Termin für die Reparatur vereinbart, alle Details abgeklärt, gemäß Werkstatt hätte das Auto jederzeit hingebracht werden können. Habe daher einen Abschleppdienst arrangiert der das Fahrzeug zur Werkstatt brachte, dieser durfte das Fahrzeug dort nicht abladen, da die Annahme verweigert wurde. Begründung "Für die Reparatur ist Spezialwerkzeug notwendig, welches wir nicht haben. Außerdem haben wir gar keine Zeit für die Reparatur" Auf Nachfrage wieso mir per Mail versichert wurde, dass die Reparatur möglich ist und ich das Auto abladen kann hieß es, die Mitarbeiterin mit der ich Kontakt hatte, hätte gar keine "Berechtigung" gehabt um mir die Möglichkeit der Reparatur zuzusichern, da sie keine Rücksprache mit der Werkstatt hielt.
Endergebnis war, dass ich dem gereizten Abschleppdienst einen neuen Abladeort organisieren und einen entsprechenden Aufpreis zahlen musste. Somit bleibe ich auf 130€ Abschleppkosten (die für die Katz waren) sitzen und musste das Auto notgedrungen verschrotten lassen, da sich derart kurzfristig keine andere Möglichkeit bot.
Von dieser Werkstatt sollten unbedingt Sie Abstand halten!

In addition, we have no time for the repairs" When asked why I was assured by email that the repair was possible and I could unload the car, the employee said who I was in contact with would have had no "authorization" to assure me of the possibility of repairs, since they did not consult the workshop.
The end result was that I had to organize a new unloading location for the irritated towing service and had to pay a corresponding surcharge. So I stay put at 130 € towing costs (which were for the cat) and had to have the car scrapped because there was no other option at short notice.
You should definitely keep your distance from this workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter und bemühter Verkauf. Grundsätzlich ist alles da was es von der Marke gibt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das die Werkstatt zum Autohaus ein paar Kilometer entfernt in Gunskirchen liegt. Die Werkstatt selbst ist zuverlässig und gut. Leihwagen während einer Reparatur sind auch kein Problem.
Nice and hard-working sale. Basically everything is there from the brand. The only downside is that the workshop to the car dealership is a few kilometers away in Gunskirchen. The workshop itself is reliable and good. Rental cars during a repair are also not a problem.
