Alle waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz mit dem Wohnwagen bleiben. Das Auto wurde so schnell wie möglich repariert. Selten so einen guten Service erlebt!!! VIELEN DANK!!! On the way to vacation we were dragged to the Staber with a breakdown. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, we were able to stay in the parking lot with the caravan. The car was repaired asap. Rarely experienced such good service! THANKS VERY MUCH!!!
M	Markus Wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustriert vom Ersatzteil Lager in Spittal Telefonisch fast nie erreichbar,man wird ständig von A bis D verbunden,bis ich frustriert auflege. Wenn mal abhoben wird,dann gibt es sehr oft Inkompetente und Unüberlegte aussagen,die das bestellen der von mir benötigten Teile erschweren. Manchmal kommt mir vor die Mitarbeiter wissen gar nicht wovon ich Rede,eigentlich müssten es Facharbeiter sein. Es wird oft nicht erläutert welche Teile mitverwendet sollen,was noch benötigt wird. Ist anscheinend zu viel Aufwand. Lieber im Stützpunkt Obervellach bestellen,schnell,Kompetent,Freundlich Zurück zum Lager in Spittal: Wenn man dann die Teile abholen möchte,geht man durch die sehr schöne und helle Empfangshalle. Gegrüßt wird anscheinend nur,wenn ein Potenter Anzug getragen wird. Am Lager angekommen,muss zuerst mal 10min gewartet werden,bis sich dann endlich jemand mit sehr Langsamen,fast Beeinträchtigen Schritten aus dem hinteren Teil des Lagers nähert. Zuerst wird einem mal Freundlich ins Gesicht gegähnt. „a brauchst du a wos „ ja die Teile die ich Bestellt habe und gebeten habe sie bitte herzurichten,was sie natürlich nicht sind. Naja was soll man dazu noch sagen :) Mit dem Teil Werkstätte und Spenglerei habe ich bis jetzt nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Sehr Freundlich,hilfsbereit und sehr Kompetent Frustrated by the spare parts warehouse in Spittal Almost never reachable by phone, you are constantly connected from A to D until I hang up in frustration. Better to order from the Obervellach base, fast, competent, friendly Back to the camp in Spittal: If you then want to pick up the parts, you go through the very beautiful and bright reception hall. Apparently, greetings are only given when a potent suit is worn. Arriving at the camp, you first have to wait 10 minutes until someone finally approaches from the back of the camp with very slow, almost impaired steps. First, a friendly yawn in the face. "A do you need a wos" Yes, the parts that I ordered and asked them to please prepare, which of course they are not. Well, what more can I say about that :) So far I have only had positive experiences with the workshop and plumbing part. Very friendly, helpful and very competent
S	Stefan Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 2 Wochen haben wir die 12V-Batterie von unserem nichtmal 1-Jahr alten Neuwagen reklamiert weil das Auto permanente Fehler am 12V-System angezeigt hat. Das Auto wurde dann "untersucht" und wir wurden mit damit abgespeist das ein neues "Software Update" installiert wurde und das Problem sollte damit erledigt sein - die Batterie (Ruhespannung 11,6V) wurde NICHT getauscht. Keine Woche später kam - oh welche Wunder - der Fehler wieder und wir mussten das Auto wieder zur Untersuchung bringen wo sich dann nach sehr kurzer Zeit eine defekte 12V-Batterie als Fehlerquelle herausstellte (wer hätte DAS nur gedacht!?!?!) Soweit sogut nur als wir das Auto am nächsten Tag abholen gingen (wir mussten ja einen ganzen Tag warten weil nichtmal eine 12V-Batterie auf Lager war!) wurde uns gesagt das natürlich nichts zu bezahlen sei weil es natürlich ein Garantiefall war. Nun das wäre soweit auch noch in Ordnung aber uns dann >50EU für das Leihauto zu berechnen ist einfach nur eine Frechheit! In Wahrheit wurde wohl beim ersten Termin gar nicht die Batterie kontrolliert und an den eAutos kennt sich vermutlich keiner vernünftig aus von der ganzen Truppe. Wirklich traurige Vorstellung... 2 weeks ago we complained about the 12V battery of our new car, which is not even 1 year old, because the car displayed permanent errors in the 12V system. The car was then "examined" and we were told that a new "software update" had been installed and the problem should have been resolved - the battery (open circuit voltage 11.6V) was NOT replaced. Less than a week later - oh what a miracle - the error came back and we had to bring the car back for inspection, where after a very short time a defective 12V battery turned out to be the source of the problem (who would have thought THAT!?!?!) So far so good only when we went to pick up the car the next day (we had to wait a whole day because there wasn't even a 12V battery in stock!) we were told that of course nothing was to be paid because it was of course a warranty case. Well, that would still be fine, but charging us >50EU for the rental car is just cheek! In truth, the battery was probably not checked at the first appointment and probably none of the whole squad really knows anything about the e-cars. Really sad idea...
