b	banana joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich war dort wegen eines bluescreenfehlers,(später konnte ich ermitteln, dass es von einem überfüllten ram speicher kam 4GB, weil ua. cookies nicht regelmäßig gelöscht wurden) dieser fehler konnte nicht vorort behoben werden, wurde unfreundlich nachhause geschickt,... rechnung gesamt 140euro. für einen 7 jahre alten pc der damals gerade mal einen neuwert von 450 euro hatte. hat sich also voll gelohnt, die nichtreparatur. nach reklamation bekam ich folgende antwort von herrn winding.: zitat:Schade das Sie "uns" die Schuld geben für "Ihr" sporadisch defektes Mainboard........ mehr sage ich zu diesem thema nicht.... mein kundenkonto habe ich löschen lassen I was there for a bluescreen error, (later I could determine that it came from a crowded RAM memory 4GB, because, among other things, cookies were not deleted regularly) this error could not be fixed on the spot, was sent home unfriendly, ... total bill 140euro. for a 7 year old pc who had just a new value of 450 euro. So it was well worth it, the non-repair. After complaining I got the following answer from Mr. winding .: Quote: Pity that you "blame us" for "your" sporadically defective motherboard ........ I do not say more on this topic .... I have my customer account deleted

Ich mache Reymont im Jahre 2020 keinen Vorwurf in Zeiten des Onlinehandel. Aber Ernsthaft? Räumt euren Laden mal auf. Ich war gestern Dort ein SATA 3 Kabel kaufen, die Mitarbeiter beide super Freundlich und kompetent! ? Als Sie das Kabel suchten habe Ich mich ein wenig umgesehen. Neue verpackte Office Drucker mitten im Raum, ein Korb voller unötiger Steckerleisten inmitten des Geschäftes? (Das Zentrum wo jeder Kunde als erster hinsieht) Notebooks.. Ich habe am Handy kurz Preis verglichen auf Geizhals und wie nicht anders zu erwarten war Reymont 10-20% teurer. Beim Regal hinter der Kasse kamen fast wieder Anno 2004 Gefühle auf. Ihr bietet noch DVD Rohlinge an ?. Dort sollten Aktuelle Mainboards, CPU, RAM und zubehör stehen so wie es Damals der Fall war. Ist vielleicht der Hauptgrund warum viele auf Online Händler zurück greifen. Ansonsten steht dort nicht viel was Interesse erweckt, auch wenn ihr das meiste Geld mit Reperatur und Wartung der Geräte verdient, solltet das Geschäft nicht so runterkommen lassen. Als Kunde komme Ich rein und sehe in der Mitte des Ladens unnötige Dinge, da will man am liebsten gleich umdrehen und gehen. Das selbe Gefühl habe Ich, wenn Ich mit meiner Freundin zum Tedi gegen muss ? Beratung und Service sind zuverlässig, Preise moderat und auch das Preis- Leistungsgefälle stimmt. Mir ist es wichtig, immer zum gleichen Anbieter zu gehen und persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Lieferanten zu haben. Die billigste Ware ist wertlos, wenn der Service und Kundendienst fehlen. Bei Reymont habe ich über viele Jahre verlässliche und vernünftige Beratung und immer Hilfe gefunden, wenn Not am Mann war. Das schätze ich sehr und kann allen, die auf diese Dinge Wert legen, Firma Reymont nur wärmstens empfehlen. I've been a customer of Reymont for many years and have never been disappointed. Ich hatte beispielsweise ein Problem mit den Lautsprechern meines Laptops und habe dort eine kostengünstige Reparatur durchführen lassen. Wenn ich ein ähnliches Problem haben sollte, werde ich auf jeden Fall erneut diese Filiale aufsuchen! No matter what problem occurs with the computer, in the branch in Spittal you will always receive competent, customer-friendly and solution-oriented advice.
