Doch es kam zu meiner Überraschung anders, denn der sehr freundliche, überaus kompetenter und entgegenkommender Mitarbeiter konnte mir per Telefon weiterhelfen sodass das Problem sehr rasch behoben war. Vielen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle! Absolute Weiterempfelung, TOP! I had a problem with the immobilizer on my car, which is why I called and expected a workshop appointment at the end of the phone call. But, to my surprise, things turned out differently, because the very friendly, extremely competent and accommodating employee was able to help me by phone so that the problem was resolved very quickly.
