J	Jens Böttner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Problem mit dem ABS ring auf der Antriebswelle bei meinem BMW.Nach dem zwei andere Werkstätten dieses Problem nicht lösen konnten ging es hier ganz schnell. Der Preis hat auch wie vereinbart gepasst . Ab sofort meine neue Werkstatt des Vertrauens. Had a problem with the ABS ring on the drive shaft of my BMW. After two other workshops could not solve this problem, things went very quickly here. The price also worked as agreed. From now on my new workshop of trust.

Nachdem ich Abgeschleppt wurde hat man mich am nächsten Morgen angerufen um mir mitzuteilen was kaputt ist. Bedenkzeit wurde ohne Probleme eingeräumt auch ein Rückruf meinerseits war kein Problem. Ich habe die Werkstatt immer telefonisch erreicht. Preis Leistung passt. Finde das es eine sehr gute Werkstatt ist mit kompetentem und netten Chef. Die einzigen die Probleme bereitet haben war der ADAC. Nochmal vielen Dank für die Hilfe I cannot understand the negative reviews. After I was towed away, I was called the next morning to tell me what was broken. Time for reflection was given without any problems a callback on my part was no problem either. I always reached the workshop by phone. Price performance fits. I think it's a very good workshop with a competent and nice boss. The only ones that caused problems was the ADAC. Leider kam es in dieser Werkstatt zu keiner Leistungserbringung, da wir von vornherein auf Grund mangelder Kapazität sehr unhöflich abgewiesen wurden. Nur ein kurzer Wortwechsel ohne Begrüßung und Verabschiedung, während der mit Mitarbeiter noch telefoniert. During our family vacation to Croatia, our car broke down. Unfortunately, no service was provided in this workshop, as we were very impolitely turned away from the start due to insufficient capacity. Just a short exchange of words without greeting and farewell, while the employee is still on the phone.

B	Barnabás Tóth-Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our case is almost the same and our opinion is exactly the same as Juan Francisco Martinez Alonso’s. The boss is lazy, phlegmatic, and not helpful at all. As a foreigner, go far away from this car repair workshop (if you have a choice) !!! On a Friday evening our car stopped on the highway, and the car ambulance, sent by the highway assistance service, transported (very expensive) our car here. They did not deal with the car that day, they said next Monday, although they knew we should go home on Tuesday. The only quick diagnosis they said was "motor ist caput". On Saturday we went to the workshop and they were opened... At that time, we asked them not to repair the car, we would rather transport it home. On the day of transporting, there was no help in putting up the car on the trailer, and at the end they charged 12 Euro + VAT parking fee per day even for the half or less then half days too. At home service, it turned out that "motor ist nicht caput", it can be simply and reliably repaired ...
