J	J.G. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe erfolgte kein Rückruf. Bei Instandsetzung Steuergerät wurde auf mehrere Programmierungen (Schlüssel, Standheizung) vergessen. Ein neuer Radio wurde eingebaut, CD Player funktioniert nicht (Transportsicherung wurde vergessen zu entfernen). So etwas darf einer angeblichen Fachfirma nicht passieren - ich such mir eine wirkliche Fachfirma. Orthuber nein danke! Nachtrag: Nach mehreren Gesprächen mit der Serviceleitung, wurden alle technischen Probleme gelöst und alle Beteiligten sind zufrieden. Es wurde versprochen, den Service- und Kommunikationslevel zu heben und deswegen habe ich nachträglich die Sterneanzahl erhöht! Despite repeated calls, there was no call back. When repairing the control unit, several programmings (keys, auxiliary heating) were forgotten. A new radio was installed, CD player does not work (forgot to remove the transport lock). Something like that shouldn't happen to an alleged specialist company - I'll look for a real specialist company. Orthuber no thanks! Addendum: After several discussions with the service management, all technical problems were solved and everyone involved is satisfied. It was promised to raise the level of service and communication, so I subsequently increased the number of stars!

Denke das sich die Kundenberater Porsche Wiener Neustadt mehr Zeit nehmen und nicht voreingenommen sind. Zudem sind die Fahrzeuge auf der Website so überteuert, dass ich mich frage, wer denn so wenig Ahnung haben könnte, dass er sich bei diesem Händler ein Fahrzeug zulegt. Es wurde alles angesehen und gegebenenfalls behoben was vereinbart war, nicht mehr. Zusammengefasst: Alles schnell und unkompliziert verlaufen, keine versteckten Exras. Got an appointment quickly, brought the car there and picked it up the next day (was ready in the afternoon after a text message). Everything was looked at and, if necessary, corrected what was agreed, nothing more. In summary: Everything went quickly and easily, no hidden extras.
