P	Paul Latzelsperger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich gut zwanzig Minuten weder bedient, noch gefragt wurde, was ich denn bräuchte, bin ich unverrichteter Dinge wieder gefahren. Man hat mich offensichtlich wahrgenommen, aber wohl eher als Fremdkörper denn als potentiellen Kunden. Wer in kurzer Hose und T-Shirt dort ankommt, ist offenbar als Kunde irrelevant. Ich hätte mir gerne ein Angebot über ein Neuwagen bzw. Leasing eingeholt, aber offenbar ist man dort auf meine Kundschaft nicht angewiesen. Leider ist durch die Übernahme die Servicequalität keinen Millimeter gestiegen. Egal, Autohändler gibts mehr, ich gehe dort NIE wieder hin. After not being served or asked what I needed for a good twenty minutes, I drove again without having achieved anything. Obviously I was noticed, but more as a foreign body than a potential customer. Anyone who arrives there in shorts and a T-shirt is obviously irrelevant as a customer. I would have liked to get an offer for a new car or leasing, but apparently they don't depend on my customers there. Unfortunately, the service quality has not increased a millimeter through the takeover. Anyway, there are more car dealerships, I will NEVER go there again.

Personal ist allerdings nett und hilfsbereit, daher 3 Sterne. Overpriced workshop and in my opinion rather incompetent information. I can not really recommend. Staff is nice and helpful, therefore 3 stars.

Spontan bin ich beim Autohaus Fuchs stehen geblieben, ob sie mir da mal nachsehen können. Ohne zu muren, schaute ein Mitarbeiter der Werkstatt sofort und unkompliziert nach und füllte die fehlende Flüssigkeit nach. Auf meine Frage, was ich den schuldig sei, bekam ich die Antwort: "Das passt schon so"! Also wirklich "DAUMEN HOCH"!!!! Wo bekommt man heutzutage so unkompliziert Hilfe und Unterstützung? Obwohl ich kein Kunde vom Autohaus Fuchs bin! Aber eines weiß ich bestimmt, wo ich meinen nächsten Service machen lassen werde....beim Autohaus Fuchs! Ein DANKE an das gesamte Team, aber im speziellen an den Mitarbeiter (von dem ich leider keinen Namen weiß), der mir so spontan und unkompliziert seine Hilfe angeboten hat! On the way through Freistadt I got a message "Check the level of the coolant system". Spontaneously I stopped at the Fuchs car dealership to see if they could see me there. Without murmuring, an employee of the workshop looked immediately and easily and refilled the missing liquid. When I asked what I owed them, I got the answer: "That’s okay"! So really "THUMBS UP" !!!! Where can you get such uncomplicated help and support nowadays? Although I'm not a customer of the Fuchs car dealership! But I know one thing for sure, where I will have my next service done ... at the Fuchs car dealership! A THANK YOU to the entire team, but especially to the employee (who unfortunately I don't know the name of), who offered me his help so spontaneously and in an uncomplicated manner!
