Gerade bei meinen Firmenfahrzeugen ist es wichtig, daß sie schnell wieder mobil sind und das schafft das Kastlerteam immer wieder in Rekordzeit! Aber auch mit den Privatfahrzeugen fühle ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich mag das freundliche, fast familiäre Ambiente und weiß es sehr zu schätzen. Wieder waren alle sehr freundlich, wir haben problemlos ein kostenloses Leihauto erhalten und fühlten uns im Autohaus sofort wohl. Generell sind die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und herzlich. Unser Auto konnten wir bereits gegen Mittag wieder abholen. Und es wurde vorher sogar noch in die Waschanlage gestellt. Danke! Even the first phone call was very nice.
