Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Service nicht beim Kauf aufhört. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem gebrauchten Ford. Alles in allem 5 Sterne! Have had very positive experiences. The communication with the workshop is good and also the prices for the used cars fit. Particularly noteworthy is that the service does not stop when buying. Am very satisfied with my used Ford. All in all 5 stars!

Ich musste den Schaden dann selber bezahlen, da sich herausstellte dass es sich um keinen Garantiefall handelt. Bin mit dieser Entscheidung nicht zufrieden. Habe mich bei anderen Firmen wegen dem Schaden erkundigt, da bekam ich die Antwort Garantie. Habe dann meinen Anwalt eingeschaltet die Versicherung hat dann den Schaden übernommen Repair of my car was done cleanly, at first it was said about a warranty story, without consulting me, material is ordered and the car is repaired. I then had to pay for the damage myself, as it turned out that it was not a guarantee case. I am not satisfied with this decision. Das Ceremko Team hat mir sofort geholfen, nachdem sich die FORD Mobilitätsgarantie "quer" gestellt hatte, weil ich mit dem Auto in die Werkstatt gefahren bin. Ich hätte auf der Straße stehen bleiben sollen und das als Panne melden. Dann hätte ich evtl. einen Leihwagen bekommen. Herr Ceremko hat mir unbürokratisch sein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke! Von soviel Freundlichkeit und Top Dienstleistung kann sich die Ford Assekuranz eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Anscheinend kennen die Mitarbeiter dort solche Werte nicht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Yesterday I had problems with my NEW Ford Mustang after only 1,000 KM due to a defective spark plug. The Ceremko team helped me immediately after the FORD mobility guarantee went "sideways" because I drove the car to the workshop. I should have stopped on the street and reported it as a breakdown. Then I might have got a rental car. Mr Ceremko made his vehicle available to me in an unbureaucratic manner. Thank you! Ford Assekuranz can learn a big slice of so much friendliness and top service. Apparently the employees there don't know such values. Again thank you very much!
