Wieder einmal wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht und muss voller Freude sagen, das ich hier sehr gerne meine Einkäufe erledige. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!! :) Very polite and nice service, courteous. Everything was great. Once again I was pleasantly surprised and have to say with joy that I like to do my shopping here. All of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and courteous. Gladly again!! :)

C	Claire Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe beim Autohaus Bad Leonfelden einen Gebrauchtwagen gekauft, den ich zuvor auf einer deutschen Internetseite entdeckt habe. Der Transport nach Österreich und die damit verbundenen Formalitäten gingen recht schnell vonstatten. Der Verkäufer hielt mich telefonisch immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Allerdings wurde für den Import ein saftiger Aufschlag verrechnet. Was aber im Wesentlichen zu der Bewertung mit nur 3 Sternen führt ist die Tatsache, dass bei Abholung des Fahrzeuges die Reifenmontage in Rechnung gestellt wurde! Es war tiefster Winter und das Auto wurde mit glatten Sommerreifen geliefert. Die zu montierenden Winterreifen habe ich am Tag davor selbst ins Autohaus gebracht, da ich diese schon zu Hause hatte. Ohne Winterreifen hätte ich das Auto nicht einmal vom Firmengelände fahren dürfen, alleine deswegen hätte es für mich zum Service gehört, dass ich bei einem (recht teuren) Autokauf zumindest passende Reifen montiert bekomme. Ansonsten war das Auto aber schön aufbereitet und läuft (nach einer Reparatur, die auf Kulanz ging) gut. I bought a used car from the Bad Leonfelden dealership, which I had previously discovered on a German website. The transport to Austria and the associated formalities were quite fast. The seller always kept me up to date by phone. However, a hefty surcharge was charged for the import. But what essentially leads to the evaluation with only 3 stars is the fact that when picking up the vehicle, the tire assembly was charged! It was the dead of winter and the car was delivered with smooth summer tires. I brought the winter tires to be mounted on the day before to the dealership, since I already had them at home. Without winter tires, I would not have been allowed to drive the car even from the company grounds, that's why it would have been part of the service for me, that I get mounted at least with a (quite expensive) car purchase at least suitable tires. Otherwise, the car was beautifully prepared and running (after a repair, which was on goodwill) well.
G	Gerald Hilber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 27.12.2018: weitere Abwertung: Scheinwerfer blendeten vorausfahrende KFZ. Lt. Autohaus konnte keine Fehlfunktion festgestellt werden. Ein anderes Autohaus fand den Fehler: falsch eingestellte Scheinwerfer -> neu eingestellt, jetzt passt es wieder. Wirft kein gutes Bild auf das AH Bad Leonfelden. Ein Kunde weniger bei Ihnen. Update 25.7.2018: leider muss ich meine damalige Bewertung reduzieren. Service und Kundenkontakt ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Lange Wartezeiten auf Rückruf/Antwort, so sie denn überhaupt erfolgt. Die Fehler bei meinem Auto konnten auch nicht behoben werden. Ursprüngliche Rezension: Top Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Update 12/27/2018: further devaluation: headlights dazzled vehicles in front. Lt. Dealership could not find any malfunction. Another dealership found the error: incorrectly adjusted headlights -> readjusted, now it fits again. Doesn't throw a good picture on the AH Bad Leonfelden. One less customer with you. Update 7/25/2018: unfortunately I have to reduce my rating at the time. Service and customer contact is no longer what it used to be. Long waiting times for a callback / answer, if it takes place at all. The faults in my car could not be fixed either. Original review: top service, very friendly staff!
K	Kara Luft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt nie einen Besuch dort ohne das nicht was gepasst hätte. Auto ist nie fertig an den ausgemachten Termine. Keine Anrufe sondern man muss sich selber melden. Ein Leihwagen zu bekommen ist auch eine Wunschvorstellung. Es wird immer behauptet für die nächsten 4 Wochen ist kein Leihwagen verfügbar. Und sehr intolerant wenn es um Schäden am Auto geht die vor dem Besuch im Autohaus nicht waren. Dann will man das normal klären und wird sofort wie der letzte Dreck behandelt. Ich wäre in dem Moment nicht so sauer wenn man das normal klären konnte. Der Ton macht die Musik. There is never a visit there without that would not have worked. Car is never finished on the agreed dates. No calls but you have to report yourself. To get a rental car is also a wishful thinking. It is always claimed for the next 4 weeks no rental car is available. And very intolerant when it comes to damage to the car before the visit to the car dealership were not. Then you want to clarify the normal and immediately treated like the last dirt. I would not be so angry if you could sort it out normally. The sound makes the music.

Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaan netjes te werk. en de prijs van de onderdelen en kosten van de monteur waren goedkoper dan in Nederland. Helped super fast, it turned out that there was more other hand and a part still had to be ordered, which was received a few hours later, and we could continue on our way. Staff friendly and helpful and work neatly. and the price of the parts and costs of the mechanic were cheaper than in the Netherlands.
