Reibungsloser ablauf beim Kauf, Verkäufer sehr nett und gutes Entgegenkommen! Autohaus kümmert sich dass das Auto in perfektem Zustand übergeben wird( bei mir zB neue Bremsen & alle kleinen Dellen entfernt).. Auch wenn etwas übersehen wurde, danach ohne Probleme erledigt, alles bei Fachwerkstatt des Autoherstellers. Absolut zum Empfehlen! Schau beim nächsten Autokauf sicher wieder auf eure Homepage!!;) Top dealers with top vehicles and only top equipment! Good selection of everything premium at good prices! Smooth process when buying, very nice seller and good courtesy! Dealership takes care that the car is handed over in perfect condition (for example new brakes & all small dents removed) .. Even if something was overlooked, then done without problems, everything at the car manufacturer's workshop. Absolutely to be recommended! Nach Prüfen der Fahrgestellnummer kam einiges ans Licht, von dem der Verkäufer angeblich keine Ahnung hatte. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nach früheren Schäden wurde uns gesagt, dass nichts bekannt sei. Demnach war leider nicht, das Auto hatte diverse Schäden (welche sauber und professionell ausgebessert wurden) welche der Verkäufer bestimmt wusste, denn auch Autohändler prüfen die Fahrgestellnummer bevor sie Autos importieren und weiterverkaufen. Am besten immer nach der Fahrgestellnummer fragen und sie, logischerweise, wo anders schnell überprüfen lassen.. denn mit Ehrlichkeit verdient sich das Autohaus Roc nicht sein Geld! Unfortunately, the seller does not tell you the whole truth about the car when you buy it. After checking the chassis number came to light some of which the seller allegedly had no idea. Even after several requests for earlier damage we were told that nothing was known. Accordingly, unfortunately, was not, the car had various damage (which were clean and professional repaired) which the seller knew determined, because even car dealers check the chassis number before they import cars and resell. It's best always to ask for the chassis number and, logically, where else to check quickly otherwise .. because with honesty, the car dealership Roc does not earn his money!
