Sie stellte nach mehrmaligem Besuch und Neukauf fest, dass Marco Beck es nicht für notwendig hält die Kundschaft zu grüßen. Nachdem Herr Beck persönlich darauf hingewiesen wurde, fragte er nur ob das denn ihr größtes Problem sei.
Von einem Geschäftsführer eines Unternehmens ist jedenfalls ein anderer Umgang zu erwarten.
Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal am Empfang und in der Werkstatt sich durch ihre Freundlichkeit diesbezüglich von ihrem Chef unterscheiden. Dennoch wird meine Mutter zukünftig eine andere Werkstatt für Reparaturen und Autokauf aufsuchen.
