Beziehe mich hier hauptsächlich auf den Kia Junior Chef & dessen Meister! Arrogant & Condescending! Sit on the highest horse, they believe! I have never experienced something like that!!! I'm mainly referring to the Kia Junior Chef & his Master!

P	Patrick Schwarzmann-Memmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkauf ok. Service schlecht hoch drei. Mein neuer Ceed SW innert 1em Jahr 5x in der Werkstatt. Zuerst Scheinwerfer mit Feuchtigkeit, ok da können sie nichts dafür aber dann sprang mir immer wieder der 2te Gang raus. Komplett ahnungslos wurde mehrmals das Schaltseil eingestellt. Am Schuss hieß es dann so auf die Art ich könne nicht Schalten, da es ja nur bei mir auftritt. Aussage von Kia Maier:" Es liegt an dir". Ich war dann bei der Schwefel Garage, die haben sich das angeschaut und das Getriebe auseinander gebaut ein Teil gewechselt und alles ist gut. Sorry Kia Maier - Ihr seht mich nie wieder Sale ok. Service bad to the power of three. My new Ceed SW in the workshop 5 times within 1 year. First headlights with moisture, ok they can't help it but then the 2nd gear jumped out again and again. Completely unsuspecting, the shift cable was adjusted several times. At the shot it was said that I couldn't switch gears, because it only occurs with me. Statement from Kia Maier: "It's up to you". I was then at the sulfur garage, they looked at it and dismantled the gearbox, changed a part and everything is fine. Sorry Kia Maier - you'll never see me again

Der Service und auch das Personal sind super ... selbst der Chef hat immer (zumindest fast ?) ein offenes Ohr und auch die Verkäufer nehmen sich für schnelle Fragen .... was bei Frauen eben mal so schnell heißt ... nebenbei Zeit. Die Damen am Empfang sind charmant und wissen worum's geht. I personally love this workshop for decades! The service and the staff are great ... even the boss has always (at least almost ?) an open ear and the salesmen take themselves for quick questions .... what is called in women just so fast ... by the way time , The ladies at the reception are charming and know what it's all about.

Auch der After Sales Service ist hervorragend. Man fühlt sich als Kunde willkommen. Macht weiter so! Very nice and competent advice! N	Nino Kostic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 02.08.21 mit meinem kia ceed da weil ich eine Panne hatte und bin dann mit dem ömtc zusammen zu euch um 1 neuen Reifen zu wechseln hat auch gepasst und bin dann weiter gefahren auf der Autobahn hab ich bemerkt das das Lenkrad nicht genau auf 12 Uhr steht und das es vibriert und bin dan zu KIA nach HARD gefahren um das Auto anschauen zu lassen dort wurde mir gesagt man solle mit dem kein Meter mehr fahren da die Felge defekt wäre was mir bei der Panne passiert ist wo der kia mechaniker mir das dann gezeigt hat wie die Felgen aussieht war ich entsetzt das hätte ein blinder gesehn das die Felge kaputt ist und ich bin dann noch so auf die Autobahn gefahren! Anstatt mir zu sagen von euch schon aus als ihr die Felge runter genommen habt um den neuen Reifen draufzuziehen....das da was nicht stimmt also kompetente Mitarbeiter sollte man schon haben..... mich habt ihr zum letzten mal gesehn..... I was there with my kia ceed on August 2nd, 21st because I had a breakdown and then I went to you with the Ömtc to change 1 new tire, which also worked and then continued on the highway, I noticed that the steering wheel was not exactly stands at 12 o'clock and that it vibrates and then I drove to KIA to HARD to have a look at the car there I was told not to drive a meter because the rim would be defective, which happened to me in the breakdown where the kia mechanic That then showed me what the rims looked like, I was horrified that a blind person would have seen that the rim was broken and then I drove onto the autobahn! Instead of telling me from when you took the rim down to put the new tire on ... that something is wrong so you should have competent staff ..... you saw me for the last time .. ...
