Das kann man ja mittlerweile bei jeden Zigarettenautomaten. In Zeiten von COVID-19 wäre eine kontaktlose Bezahlmöglichkeit von einem riesigen Unternehmen doch nicht zu viel verlangt, oder? Auf nachfrage ob mein Paket schon da sei (was laut gelben Zettel der mir in den Briefkasten gelegt wurde bestätigt wurde), wurde mir mitgeteilt dass der Paketdienstmitarbeiter noch unterwegs sei mid dem Paket. Auf die Frage warum mir dann mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Paket eigentlich schon da sein sollte, verdrehte die Mitarbeiterin ihre Augen, säufzte und spülte meine Meinung dazu herunter und meinte ich ich soll mich nicht stressen da der Paketdienstleister nicht zusammenkommt mit seiner Arbeit und sie nichts dafür kann was ich denn von ihr erwarte.?...solch Umgang sollte die Dame in ihrem Umkreis ausüben aber nicht an Kunden die nur eine Frage stellen. Employees are totally unmotivated and listless. When I asked if my package was already there (which was confirmed according to the yellow note that was put in my mailbox), I was informed that the parcel service was still on the way with the package. When asked why I was told that the package should actually already be there, the employee rolled her eyes, sighed and washed down my opinion and said I shouldn't stress myself because the parcel service does not come together with his work and she does nothing for that, what I expect from her.? ... V	Visual Mind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vermutlich die schlechteste Postfiliale in Österreich. • Man kann immer noch nicht mit Karte bezahlen • Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise komplett inkompetent und daher müssen ihre Kollegen in ihrer Mittagspause einspringen und ihnen helfen • In der Vergangenheit gab es EXTREM unfreundliche Mitarbeiter Ich habe heute versucht, einen Nachsendeantrag zu erstellen und die Geräte und die Internetverbindung der Filiale müssten aus der Steinzeit sein. Nach etlichen Minuten Wartezeit machte der PC immer noch keine Anstalten, das notwendige Formular zu drucken weshalb ich meinen Antrag nicht fertigstellen konnte und umsonst zur Post gegangen bin. Die arme Mitarbeiterin, die in ihrer Pause arbeiten musste, hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt. Sie tut mir echt leid, denn so kann man echt nicht arbeiten.
