D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich hier weder über Parkplätze oder die Öffnungszeiten beschweren. Parkplätze sind vor neben und unter der Filiale. Öffnungszeiten passen auch da für ALLES der Self Service Bereich im Foyer ist. Erledige hier gerne meine Postgeschäfte, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und alles ist immer sauber. Ausserdem ist es generell freundlich eingerichtet. Can not complain about parking or the opening hours here. Parking is in front of and under the store. Hours are also there for EVERYTHING is the self service area in the foyer. Do my postal business here, the staff is very friendly and everything is always clean. In addition, it is generally friendly.
I	Ili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bewusst diese Postfiliale in der Stadt gewählt, nachdem ich seit Jahren nicht mehr in die Vogelweider Post gehe, da dort das Personal abscheulich ist!!!!!!!! Und wer bediente mich vor paar Tagen als ich meine Bestellung, wie gehabt in der Postfiliale in der Stadt, abholte genau dieser inkompetente und extreeeem unfreundliche Mitarbeiter aus der Filiale in der Vogelweide. Sein auftreten und seine indirekte Art wie er mit Kunden spricht ist abscheulich!!!! Wenn ich ihn nochmal dort sehe, dann muss ich meine Filiale erneuert ändern!!! I deliberately chose this post office in the city after not going to the Vogelweider Post for years because the staff there are horrible !!!!!!!! And who served me a few days ago when I got my order, as usual in the post office in the city, picked up exactly this incompetent and extreeeem unfriendly employee from the branch in Vogelweide. His appearance and his indirect way of speaking to customers is hideous !!!! If I see him there again, I have to change my branch again !!!

K	Katharina Rauch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkplatzsituation, zahlt man Parkplatzgebühren und dann wird der Laden vor 17:30 schon geschlossen, man steht bei der "Selbstständigen" Abholstation, möchte das Paket holen und die Nummer wird nicht erkannt. Auch bei einer weiteren Person nicht. Beide Mitarbeiter waren aber noch hier und haben uns auch gesehen, standen 10-15min da und keiner von den beiden Mitarbeiter fragte nach ob er uns helfen könnte bzw hatten wir nicht einmal die Möglichkeit etwas zu fragen. Zudem sind die Öffnungszeiten überhaupt nicht optimal für Berufstätige die länger als 16 oder 17 Uhr arbeiten müssen! Pakte sind von der Abholstation zu holen obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zuhause war und auf die Post gewartet habe. Die Dame was die Post zustellt auch mega unfreundlich. Even one star is too many! The older gentleman at the counter was sooo unfriendly. Pacts are to be picked up from the pick-up station even though I was at home all day waiting for the post. The lady who delivers the post is also extremely unfriendly.
D	Daiviet Tron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Abstand die unfreundlichste, inkompetenteste und unmotivierteaste Postfiliale, die ich jemals erlebt habe. Wie schon von meinen Vorrednern erlebt, ist der Herr im fortgeschrittenen Alter die reinste Katastrophe in kundenservicetechnischer Hinsicht. Ohne ersichtlichen Grund unfreundlich, eigentlich schon unprofessionell unfreundlich (patzig und dann dazu noch die bewusst falsche Auskunft der AGB, nur um Recht zu haben). Und dann werden Kunden ewig warten lassen, um hinten Kasten zu sortieren. Ganz ehrlich entweder werden die Mitarbeiter so geschult oder um den Mitarbeiter handelt es sich um den CEO des Unternehmens. Nur so lässt sich diese Filiale erklären. Und p.s.: bin normalerweise jemand, der positive Erfahrungen teilt. Aber wenn so eine negative Erfahrung wiederholt auftritt, muss man das teilen. Unfriendly for no apparent reason, actually unprofessionally unfriendly (snotty and then the deliberately wrong information in the terms and conditions, just to be right). And then customers will have to wait forever to sort boxes at the back. Quite honestly, either the employees are trained in this way or the employee is the CEO of the company. This is the only way to explain this branch. And p.s .: I'm usually someone who shares positive experiences. But if such a negative experience occurs repeatedly, you have to share it.
