Mein Paket Länge 68,Breite 56,Höhe 35 wurde als Sperrgut deklariert (ohne zu messen und zu rechnen) und gerade mal 4,5 kg schwer. Habe versucht im das zu erklären. Da kam nur,, sie möchten ja das es nicht zurück kommt oder,, und das hat sich wie eine Drohung angehört. Nie wieder!! Die Post sollte mal Testpersonen schicken. Aber vielleicht sind das ja auch geduldete Geschäftsgebaren man verdient ja dabei! Ist nicht mal einen Stern wert.
Rude, arrogant! I waited ten minutes even though no one was in the store. My package length 68, width 56, height 35 was declared as bulky goods (without measuring and calculating) and weighed just 4.5 kg. Tried to explain that to him. There was only, "You don't want it to come back or," and that sounded like a threat. Never again!! The post should send test subjects. But maybe these are also tolerated business practices you deserve! Isn't even worth a star.
