A	Andreas H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Personal her völlig unterbesetzt. Von den 4 Schaltern sind sehr häufig höchstens 2 geöffnet. Regelmäßig bilden sich lange Schlangen bis in die Bahnhofshalle raus. Besonders problematisch ist, dass kein eigener Schalter für die vielen Auslandsüberweisungen geschaffen wurde, sondern jeder Schalter solche vornimmt, was die Wartezeiten (wenn man zum Beispiel einfach nur einen Brief aufgeben will) noch zusätzlich verlängert. Den einen Stern gibt es nur, weil die Bediensteten hier auch dann, wenn sie kräftig schwimmen, trotzdem immer wieder versuchen, Freundlichkeit zu bewahren. Completely understaffed in terms of staff. Jedenfalls ist die Postzustellung in diesem Welser Gebiet UNTERIRDISCH!! Ein Brief von Wien nach Wels - aufgegeben an einem Dienstag um 11h vormittag kommt nach acht Tagen in Wels an! Es war eine Terminsache und mir fehlen die Worte bzw. ich will/darf nicht ausfallend werden! GRMPF!! Pakete sind fünf Tage von Wien nach Wels unterwegs und es scheint ein Prinzip zu sein, einfach einen gelben Zettel in den Briefkasten zu stecken ohne einen Paketzustellversuch zu machen! NULL STERNE! I hope I'm not doing you wrong, but if your mail carrier is responsible for the Europastrasse in Wels, then I'm right with you with my complaint :(! Ja, auch ich habe hier schon einmal eine negative Erfahrung mit einer betagten Mitarbeiterin gemacht. Meine Situation: Ein anderes Postamt würde für mich näher liegen. Mit Mitte Dezember 2021 habe ich beschlosssen lieber von hier aus meine Briefe und Pakete zu versenden. Ich bin seitdem nicht enttäuscht worden. P.S.: Eine Reorganisation der Raum-Aufteilung (die beiden Büros links) könnte die Platz-Situation positiv beeinflussen.
