★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our phone call, this locksmith estimated unlocking our door would be around €120 (without mentioning this was net prices) "depending on the door." Upon arrival, this net price was suddenly at €190 plus an extra €50 for a "special security lock." It took him around 1 minute to unlock this door. My girlfriend, not knowing German and being in an emergency situation, had no chance but to accept this €290 money grab. Oh, and our lock was reinstalled in a faulty manner. Of course, no reaction to our subsequent complaints. Absolutely unethical exploitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the phone the locksmith said it would be 200 euros. When they arrived they demanded an additional 100 euro because it was Sunday. Call someone else, there are multiple reviews saying the same thing.
