★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very exceptional place. The staff is very helpful and kind, they try to satisfy every need anytime with with a heartful smile. The food was nice and felt really good after the long trips we took. And there is also beer and other bevareges. The haus itself has a very authentic feeling. Even though it feels rather crowded, but it adds to the atmosphere by having people with the same interest: mountain climbing and hiking.The surroundings are spectacular. The lake besides the haus is one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. And of course there are the mountains and ridges. No words for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay even not during night. Mid of June lake still iced but beatiful. Good rest place before Säuleck peak hike. Definitely must visit again and overnight.
