Der Kaiserschmarrn ein Traum frisch zubereitet ohne fertig pullver ?großartig Danke für die zwei Tage. ?? Simply an experience super nice hosts very good food better than in the valley and at over 2200 meters. The Kaiserschmarrn a dream freshly prepared without finished puller ?great thanks for the two days. ??
P	Pater Lorenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toll was die Sektion Kattowitz hier seinerzeit erschaffen hat. Eine Hütte, wie sie im Bilderbuch steht. Küche und Sauberkeit sind o.k. Der Hüttenwirt ist unheimlich nett....zu Einheimischen. Uns hat er ständig schikaniert. It's great what the Katowice Section created here at the time. A hut as it is in a picture book. Kitchen and cleanliness are ok The hut owner is incredibly nice ... to locals. He bullied us all the time.

Schöne und anspruchsvolle Wanderung von der kölbreisperre aus ca. 3std fur den Aufstieg. Great and cozy hut. Very friendly guest couple. The dishes look delicious and you can't beat the price. Nice and demanding hike from the Kolbreisperre, approx. 3 hours for the ascent.
S	Shabeel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Weg zur Hütte war sehr breit und hätte wohl bis auf die letzen 150 Höhenmeter mit einem Offroad Fahrzeug (Jeep, Unimog usw) gefahren werden können. Die letzten 150 Höhenmeter hat man auch schnell geschafft, insofern ist die Hütte recht einfach zu erreichen. Ich war am 31.5 leider etwas zu früh und musste komplett über Schnee laufen. Morgens war das sehr leicht da der Schnee fest war, abends bin ich jedesmal nen halben Meter eingesunken und hab für den Abstieg etwas länger gebraucht. Mein eigentliches Ziel den großen Hafner zu besteigen hab ich aber aufgegeben da ich nicht das richtige Equipment hatte (Schneeschuhe und evtl Stecken) und kein unötiges Risiko eingehen wollte. Ich denke über den festen Schnee wäre es sogar leichter gewesen als im Sommer. Nichts desto trotz war es ein sehr schöner Ausflug der sich gelohnt hat, ich hab die Ruhe an der leeren Hütte genossen. Einfach mal niemand da und auch kein Handyempfang, was will man mehr um zu entspannen? The way to the hut was very wide and could have been driven with an off-road vehicle (jeep, Unimog, etc.) up to the last 150 meters. The last 150 meters of altitude can be done quickly, so the hut is quite easy to get to. Unfortunately, I was a bit early on May 31st and had to walk completely over snow. In the morning it was very easy because the snow was solid, in the evening I sank half a meter each time and it took a little longer for the descent. But I gave up my actual goal of climbing the Großer Hafner because I didn't have the right equipment (snowshoes and possibly sticks) and didn't want to take any unnecessary risks. I think it would have been easier with the solid snow than in summer. Nevertheless, it was a very nice trip that was worth it, I enjoyed the quiet at the empty hut. Just no one there and no cell phone reception, what more could you want to relax?

Wollten noch zum Hafner aufsteigen nur leider was schon zuviel Schnee! Great hut! Unfortunately it was closed when we were there! The view of the Maltatal is really amazing! Wanted to climb up to the Hafner but unfortunately there was already too much snow!
