I just opened an account some days ago but I did not order anything until now. However, I got this email asking how was my shopping with them.
Guys, please get check your software or stop doing this kind of dirty guerrilla marketing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to order almost anything in Vienna!
Used their delivery service during a business trip to order some drinks quite late and was very positively surprised that the prices where actual shop prices and they basically only added the delivery fee.
Best part is they take orders until midnight, but they aren't reachable at all if you're not too sure if they already sent out the order or not, which is why I only gave 4/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to shop at Alfies all the time, back then they would deliver on time and would get your order correct. Nowadays, it seems like they always forget or mix up something in the order. They take an average of 2 hours to deliver, despite me living literally 5 minutes away. If it’s getting so busy as you guys state, then employ more drivers/personnel! Won’t be ordering here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how they're doing it (presumably minor markups and large volume) but aside from fast delivery, if something goes wrong, they fix it basically immediately. Or might even call you in advance to ask whether an exchange is alright. (Both of which is unheard of with companies like e.g. Billa. You'd think that a huge company like that would have more resources than Alfies to deal with such things...)
Selection could be bigger but I'm sure that'll happen if Alfies becomes more popular.
