I have known ARIK Handy for many years. Very good HandyS are good business. The staff very friendly and there are many promotions.

Hab auf Will-Haben sein Angebot gesehen und ihm 2x sehr deutlich gemacht (per Email und per Telefon), dass er das Handy bitte für mich reservieren soll. Hab mich schließlich auf den langen Weg gemacht um gesagt zu bekommen, dass er das Handy 2 Minuten vorher an jemand anders verkauft hat. Absolutely not recommendable. The gentleman doesn't take reservations very seriously. I saw his offer on Will-haben and made it very clear to him twice (by email and by phone) that he should please reserve the cell phone for me. Eventually I went all the way to be told that he had sold the phone to someone else 2 minutes before.
F	Fabienne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Wochen altes s7 zum Display reparieren hingegeben, zurück bekommen -> Display konnte man mit dem Fingernagel wieder abziehen, funktioniert hat es auch nicht und die Rückseite war gesplittert, mit der Begründung "man kann das nicht anders reparieren" einen Tag später hat er das Display dann neu eingesetzt und es ging trotzdem noch nicht alles. Nun, weitere 2 Wochen später ist das Display wieder kaputt, ohne dass es runter gefallen ist oder sonst irgendwas passiert ist, war bei einem professionellen Händler, der mir sagte ich habe kein originales Samsung Display und dass es klar ist, dass es dann aus dem nichts kaputt gehen wird. Für das alles habe ich 180 Euro bezahlt und noch dazu ist er unhöflich, unfreundlich und frech. Hab letztens ein kaputt geglaubtes IPhone 6s (Display) hingebracht und alles passte danach wieder, der Preis mit 60€ für neues Display u Homebutton war für mich in Ordnung Auch beim IPhone 5s hat der nette Besitzer das Display repariert, als wir aber danach bemerkten, dass das Handy Schrott ist (Hardware defekt) gab er mir sogar das Geld für die Reparatur zurück. M	Martin Suda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a new display for a Sony phone. Definitely didn't get a sony original: the colors are weird and there is a noticeable horizontal split when scrolling. For 90 euros that might be half a price of an official repair. I am just not sure if that's what I wanted. The story continues - after the replacement the microphone wasn't working. They had to open the case again. Now the headphones are not getting recognized - so the music always plays from the speakers while the headphones just play annoying buzz.
