Das Verständnis für das Anliegen war klar erkennbar. Wenn ich Anliegen habe dann kontaktiere ich wenn möglich immer den Shop ... Herzlichen Dank! Have been a customer for over 10 years. Wollte mein Handy anmelden (überall bei jeden Anbieter hat es funktioniert) weil ein Hammer Angebot war. Leider meinte sie dann mein Paß sei abgelaufen und auch nur weil ich Österreicherin bin ist das genauso wie bei Leuten die nicht hier geboren worden sind den nicht annehmen. Obwohl mein Bankbeamter meinte er sei noch 3-5jahre in Wien gültig. Aber dieser Ton Ich glaubte ich Spinne . Nicht zu empfehlen junge Dame mit schwarzen Haaren. Danke für die Unfreundlichkeit und das ich einen teureren Tarif jetzt bezahlen darf. So I have to say not very friendly, you could say very unfriendly. F	Franki D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut inkompetentes Personal. Der Kunde vor mir wurde nicht nur schlecht sondern auch noch falsch beraten. Auf die Frage des jungen Mannes ob es denn möglich wäre das Wlan Passwort zu ändern amtwortete die Angestellte mit " Nein das ist fix und kann nicht geändert werden". Ein Mindestmaß an Wissen in dem Bereich ist wirklich nicht zu viel verlangt. Ich wollte meinen in die Jahre gekommen Vertrag kündigen. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir ohne viel Worte ein Formular in die Hand gedrückt und behauptet ich könne im shop nicht kündigen. Um dem ganzen die Krone aufzusetzen habe ich dann auch noch das falsche Formular für die Kündigung bekommen. Meiner Meinung ist zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Technischen Wissen und Engagement echt nicht zu viel verlangt. Absolutely incompetent staff. Sie weigerte sich erneut zu erklären, obwohl das Geschäft war leer, -also, neben Fachwissen sollte Sie auch Freundlichkeit lernen! Der Drei-Geschäft hat mir keinen angenehmen Eindruck gemacht und vielleicht habe ich deshalb auch meinen ausweis dort vergessen. Ich suchte vier Tage lang nach meinem Ausweis und meldete den Verlust sogar bei Polizei. Ich wusste, dass ich auch im Drei Shop gewesen war, aber ich dachte, wenn ich es dort vergessen hätte, hätten sie mich seitdem definitiv am Telefon angerufen, denn das wäre das erwartete Minimum. Trotzdem, habe gegangen zu fragen, dass ich nicht zufällig dort vergessen? - Sie sagten, sie gewartet, dass ich dafür komme, - aber 4 Tage darauf gewartet und sie nicht gemeldet? Ich einfach verstehe es nicht, wie das sein könnte, weil sie meine Telefonnummer kannten, wussten sie, dass es ist ein wichtige Dokument, wussten sie, wer ich war, ........ und dennoch bewarben sie sich nicht? Aufmerksamkeit, Höflichkeit, Freundlichkeit, Sachverstand, ... diese Dinge fehlen sehr in dem Drei-Shop! Mir wird ein Formular für die Kündigung per Post ausgehändigt - der Mitarbeiter ist offensichtlich zu faul oder nicht in der Lage die Kündigung durchzuführen. Zum Glück konnte ich dann im Shop in der Mariahilfer Straße ohne Probleme kündigen. Dort war der Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich und kompetent.
