B	Benjamin Saračević on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzuverlässige Filiale, man könnte (wie in meinen Fall) kurz davor sein seine sicht zu verlieren das der Kollege krank wird und Urlaub braucht, genau an heutigen Tag wo ich den Termin gehabt hätte wirklich zu sehr enttäuschend,... nicht mal 1 Stern würd ich geben, man wartet seine Zeit ab macht sich den Termin das am Ende nicht der Kunde sondern der Innhaber den Termin zurückruft und den nächsten erst in 3 wochen gibt. ?? Very unreliable branch, you could be (as in my case) about to lose your view that the colleague gets sick and needs vacation, exactly on today where I had the appointment really too disappointing, ... not even 1 star I would give, you wait your time to make the appointment that in the end it is not the customer but the owner who calls back the appointment and gives the next one in 3 weeks. ??

Was there spontaneously yesterday afternoon. It was busy and still got to work straight away. The optician was extremely friendly and tried hard. I am very pleased!

Ein netter älterer Mann mit längeren Haaren und Zopf hat uns bedient. Mein Sohn hatte seine Brille verbogen und der Mitarbeiter hat echt sein bestes gegeben obwohl er nicht gewusst hat ob er es noch hinbiegen kann. Wir sind äußerst zufrieden aus diesem Geschäft gegangen und kommen sicher wieder. Went to the newly renovated branch today. Have been regular customers for 12 years. Very nice staff that I didn't know. A nice older man with longer hair and a braid served us. My son had his glasses bent and the employee really did his best even though he didn't know if he could fix it. We left this store extremely satisfied and will definitely be back.

Falsche Auskünfte zu Preisen während der "Beratung" und der Terminvergabe, vor Ort wurde mir erst ein Termin für eine Woche später angeboten, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts los war und man online bereits für den nächsten Tag einen buchen konnte. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man dringend eine neue Brille braucht. Unfortunately, competence is written very small here!
