Super nette Betreiber, toller Service, perfekte Lage, Wellness und feine Details wie Kaffe und Kuchen am Nachmittag. Already been there twice and probably not for the last time. Super nice operators, great service, perfect location, wellness and fine details like coffee and cake in the afternoon.

L	L. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist sehr gut - Skilift in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Gamsspitzl ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen - solch eine Einrichtung sieht man heute eigentlich gar nicht mehr. Zudem ist vieles auch nicht mehr richtig in Ordnung - Farbe im Zimmer blättert ab, Fließen im Treppenhaus sind gesprungen, überall sieht mal notdürftig Geflicktes. Unser Appartment war winzig, aber sauber. Die Betten waren leider nicht gut. Besonders negativ ist uns aufgefallen, dass selbst an der billigsten Ausstattung gespart wird - wir hatten 3 Päckchen Shampoo im Zimmer (für eine Woche, 3 Personen)! Dann ist es besser, nichts hinzulegen. Die Leute nehmen eh meistens ihre eigenen Sachen. In der Küche fanden wir noch den stinkenden Lappen und Schwamm unserer Vormieter vor. Es sollte doch möglich sein, diese Sachen nach jedem Mieter zu wechseln, der Preis dafür dürfte weniger als 1 € betragen. Aber zum Glück hatten wir auch hierfür unsere Sachen dabei. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns gefallen, ist aber sicher viel zu klein, wenn das Haus voll ist und schlechtes Wetter. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit - vor allem im Frühstücksraum war eine sehr freundliche Dame am Werk. Alles in allem: Kann man machen, wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat und nah am Lift sein möchte. 4 Sterne sind aber sicher nicht gerechtfertigt. The location is very good - the ski lift can be reached in a few minutes. The Gamsspitzl is getting on in years - you don't really see such an establishment today. In addition, many things are no longer in order - paint is peeling off in the room, tiles in the stairwell have cracked, everywhere you can see poorly patched items. Our apartment was tiny but clean. Unfortunately the beds were not good. We noticed particularly negatively that even the cheapest equipment was saved - we had 3 packets of shampoo in the room (for a week, 3 people)! Then it is better not to put anything down. People usually take their own things anyway. In the kitchen we found the stinking rag and sponge from our previous tenants. It should be possible to change these things after each tenant, the price should be less than 1 €. But luckily we had our things with us for this too. We liked the wellness area, but it is certainly way too small when the house is full and the weather is bad. The staff was very helpful - especially in the breakfast room there was a very friendly lady at work. All in all: You can do it if you don't have high expectations and want to be close to the lift. 4 stars are certainly not justified.
G	Gala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Можно было бы дать и 5 звезд, но комнаты плачут по ремонту. Но это не главное. Очень дружелюбные владельцы. И ремонт запланирован на 2019 год. По делу: оптимальное расположение к подъемника - а это главное. Домой практически на лыжах. Можно с собакой! и даже большой, а это далеко не везде. Есть где с песиком погулять. Ближайший магазин 1.6 км, ресторан 3 минуты вниз. Ну и wellness-отдел имеется. С удовольствием в следующий раз! (Но после ремонта, плита с металлическими комфорками ....) Фотографии не делала, мало места было? Could have given 5 stars, but the rooms are crying for renovation. But that's not the point. Very friendly owners. And renovations are scheduled for 2019. On business: the optimal location to the lift is the main thing. Home almost on skis. You can take a dog! and even big, and this is not everywhere. There is where to walk with a dog. Nearest shop 1.6 km, restaurant 3 minutes down. Well, there is also a wellness department. With pleasure next time! (But after renovation, a plate with metal knobs ....) I didn't take photos, there was little space
S	Svatopluk Beneš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ubytování. Pronajali jsme si dvoulůžkový pokoj. Vše bylo čisté, funkční. Dostatek místa. Vybavení na jednodušší úrovni. Snídaně také jednodušší, ale všeho bylo dostatek a bylo chutné. K dispozici prostorná lyžárna i botárna, kde se stále vyhřívaly lyžáky. K dispozici také líbezná sauna. Parkování přímo před domem v pohodě. Cena je vysoká, ale na Obertauern, kde je vše drahé, více než solidní. Domluva skvělá, komunikace obratem. Vše, co bylo dohodnuto/přislíbeno, bylo splněno. Vše absolutně šlapalo. Vzdálenost k vleku jen nějakých 200 metrů. A lyžovačka zde je skvělá. Shrnuto, určitě doporučujeme a snad se sem také ještě vrátíme. Super accommodation. We rented a double room. Everything was clean, functional. Plenty of space. Equipment at a simpler level. Breakfast also easier, but everything was plenty and delicious. There was a spacious ski room and a shoe shed, where the skiers were still warming up. There is also a lovely sauna. Parking right in front of the house at ease. The price is high, but in Obertauern, where everything is expensive, more than solid. Great deal, communication in turn. Everything that was agreed / promised was fulfilled. Everything absolutely trampled. Distance to the lift only some 200 meters. And skiing here is great. In short, we definitely recommend it and hopefully we will return here as well.

M	Mr George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are nice, we rented out 2 of them. Extra (sofa)beds are available. The apartments have balcony with beautiful view to the mountains. If you want to cook, it is possible, because the kitchen is well equipped. The photos were taken on the last day. At the arrival everything was nice and tidy. On the ground floor there is a sauna, what I did not use. The reception is not 24/7. But during the day, the staff is very helpful and polite. The cleaning staffs who serviced the apartments were very nice too. There is private on street parking, for guests only. To get here you need a 4x4 (or Quattro, AWD, etc) vehicle, and/or snow chain. Don't even try with your RWD car. Just across the road there is an Inter Sport store where you can rent or buy skiing stuffs. They can even do some maintenance on your board/skis. Ski lifts are only 210m away. Restaurants are just minutes away. Beatles statue is 1,2km away. Spar is 1,6km away. There is a little shopping centre place (towards Radstadt) with few stores (separated buildings) close to each other 19km away. You can find Hofer/Aldi, Billa, dm drogeria market and BP petrol station too. The only negative thing is that, the price is a bit high, I think, also the ski pass. But we had a great time there.
