Excellent service when renting equipment. Storage cupboards for 2 pairs of skis and boots for rent, near the base station. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent snowboards from them. The bindings were fixed to the board almost like the old clicker step-in system but with a normal binding on top. Very, very soft boots and bindings with so much flex controlling the board on "firm" piste was an exercise in survival and not at all fun. For the amount paid, decent equipment should be provided. The board was a full-camber Solomon with a weird vinyl base, not a normal waxed snowboard base. It was not at all detuned at the tips and was grabby as hell at low speeds. Was not able to go fast enough to work the camber due to issues with boots and bindings.
The service at the store was quite good and my wife's skis were a newer performance model in good shape if needing a wax. No problems with pickup or dropoff and the workers were friendly if busy.
Lesson learned - time to find an elderly Austrian ski instructor, buy some ludicrous race skis, and join the dark side so I can rent decent gear when I travel.
