Der größte Teil des Appartments geht für die überdimensionale Diele drauf, die Küche hat kleine Fenster in einer Höhe, so dass man nicht hinaus blicken kann und leider auch keine Heizung. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet. Für einen Familienurlaub fehlt leider trotz der enormen Größe von über 100 qm eine Waschmaschine. Auch gab es leider keinen Fön. Die Heizung im Hauptbadezimmer war nur zur Hälfte warm, was nasse Handtücher (die gestellten Handrücher waren von geringster Qualität) zur Folge hatte. Bei 4.000€ für 2 Wochen haben wir weit mehr erwartet. Dass wir darüber hinaus die gesamte Zeit schlechtes Internet (oder oft gar keines, gerne morgens, hatten, passte zum Gesamteindruck. Dass simple Sachen wie eigenes Spüli, eigene Seife etc. gekauft werden müssen (bei dem Preis!!), passte ebenfalls. Die einzigen Sterne gibt es für die ganz gute Lage (sie empfiehlt sich nur, wenn eine Talabfahrt möglich ist!). Der Weg ins Dort bedeutet 15 min bergab, aber eher 30 min bergauf, zumal, wenn Einkäufe getätigt werden. Den ganzen Tag lärmende kleine Kinder der Vermieter sollten einen nicht schrecken (Wir haben selbst ein Kind, aber es schreit eben nicht den ganzen Tag...) und eine Vermieterin, die ständig (auch abends um 8) klopft, nach dem Rechten sieht und dabei ihre Kinder mitbringt, gehören zur Ausstattung. Ansonsten: schönen Aufenthalt! Für uns: never again!!!!! Large, impersonal apartment without comfort. The largest part of the apartment is for the oversized hallway on it, the kitchen has small windows at a height, so that you can not look out and unfortunately no heating. The rooms are functionally furnished. For a family holiday unfortunately lacks a washing machine despite the enormous size of over 100 square meters. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer. The heating in the main bathroom was only half warm, which meant wet towels (the hand towels were of the lowest quality). At 4,000 € for 2 weeks, we expected much more. The fact that we had the whole time bad Internet (or often none, like in the morning, had fit to the overall impression that simple things such as own Spüli, own soap, etc. must be bought (at the price !!), also fit there are only stars for the very good location (it is only recommended if a valley run is possible!). The way to the village means 15 minutes downhill, but more 30 minutes uphill, especially when shopping is done Children of the landlords should not scare you (we have a child ourselves, but it just does not scream the whole day ...) and a landlady who is constantly knocking (even at 8 in the evening), looking after the right and brings their children, Otherwise: nice stay! For us: never again !!!!!
G	Gerhard S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insgesamt zu 6t für eine woche dort gewesen, gute funktionale Einrichtung, Heizung warm genug, super Küche mit tv und sogar extra tv Raum, Balkon zum rauchen, ski Keller direkt an Piste, skistiefel waren immer trocken. WLAN müsste allerdings verbessert werden, sehr instabil, schlechte verbindungsqualität. Wer in die Stadt will, muss am Rückweg körperlich belastbar sein oder ein Taxi nehmen Fazit: gerne wieder, gute Preis-leistung! A total of 6t for a week there, good functional decor, heating warm enough, awesome kitchen with tv and even extra tv room, balcony for smoking, ski basement right on piste, ski boots were always dry. WLAN would have to be improved, however, very unstable, bad connection quality. If you want to go to the city, you have to be physically fit on the way back or take a taxi Conclusion: gladly again, good price performance!

Wir hatten das 4 Personen Appartement im Keller mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette. Da das Haus am Berg gebaut ist, haben die 2 Schlafzimmer und die Küche jeweils ein Fenster und eine Terrassentüre - und sind damit sehr hell! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Ofen. Great location right on the valley run Giggijoch - from the ski room directly on the slopes! We had the 4 person apartment in the basement with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet. Since the house is built on the mountain, the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen each have a window and a patio door - and are very bright! The kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher, microwave and oven.
L	Lekters Ltd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are couple with 5 young children, and I have to say that my holiday in App Nicola was worth every penny. Its a beautiful nice large apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony (and an ashtray?), on a road located just above a nice small village in the Tirol alps. Mrs. Nicola and her husband are very friendly, and were helping us with all our needs required to make this holiday a delight. Area is fabulous for kids, there is a small play area round the corner, hike in the vicinity have also many kids activities.
