★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its quite hard to get here,since the place is not really on map. We did read the information when its possible to check in and check out,but when we arrived early,the stuff was not very happy about it(little irritated) and we told them,that we can come later and that we are sorry that we came early,but they gave us the key. Room was very nice and clean and prices are quite alright too.

I spent there 3 months as temporary housing until I could my own Hauptwohnsitz.
I had heard several horror stories from colleagues who spent time here in the past, however, all this happened under the previous management under a different name.
I have zero complaints from management as they were always very helpful, quick to respond to any kind of request and the cleaning ladies did a great job.
If you need temporary residence in Graz, I would definitely recommend them.
