Ich wurde heute nicht das erste Mal extrem unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt und bekam auf meine Fragen keine Antwort. Ich bin ein sehr höflicher Mensch, aber bei dieser Behandlung platzte mir fast der Kragen. Nie mehr wieder. Mitarbeiterschulung würde sich vor allem für die jungen Mitarbeiterinnen wohl lohnen. Leider darf man hier die Bewertung "keinen Stern" nicht abgeben. Das hätte es nämlich verdient. Strange ... everyone here is writing about friendly staff. It was not the first time that I was treated extremely rude and condescending, and my questions were not answered. I'm a very polite person, but the treatment almost broke my collar. Never again. Employee training would be particularly worthwhile for the young employees. Unfortunately the rating "no star" is not allowed here. It would have deserved it.
P	Platzhalter Platzhalter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich war man da schon immer, habe jahrelang in Bergheim gewohnt. Mir wurde von einer Freundin ein Macholdt Inhalator empfohlen. In der Apotheke war dieser so wie mir unbekannt. War eine schwere Geburt, der Dame zu erklären was ich suche. Man kann ja mal was nicht wissen, keine Frage. Wie wärs mit informieren fürs nächste Mal? Am nächsten Tag habe ich diesen abgeholt und um Erklärung gebeten " Beschreibung liegt ja eh dabei" war die schroffe Antwort. 10 Euro teurer als in der Shopapotheke...wenn ich keine Erklärung bekomme kann ich weiterhin in der Shopapotheke bestellen. Ahja, Otrivin Nasentropfen kosten in der Apotheke über 10 Euro!! Shopapotheke 4,90 Euro und dies freundlich vor die Haustüre geliefert. Ich bezahle gerne für eine Beratung etwas mehr, aber sicher nicht das Doppelte. Der Inhalator wäre online auch um 8 Eurobilliger gewesen. Beschreibung liegt eh bei....Ja dann;-) wundert euch nicht.. They have always been unfriendly there, have lived in Bergheim for years. A friend recommended a Macholdt inhaler to me. In the pharmacy this was just as unknown to me. It was a difficult birth to explain to the lady what I am looking for. You can't know something, no question about it. How about informing for the next time? The next day I picked it up and asked for an explanation "Description is included anyway" was the gruff answer. 10 euros more expensive than in the shop pharmacy ... if I don't get an explanation, I can still order in the shop pharmacy. Oh yes, Otrivin nasal drops cost over 10 euros in the pharmacy! Shop pharmacy 4.90 euros and delivered in a friendly manner to your front door. I am happy to pay a little more for a consultation, but certainly not twice as much. The inhaler would have been 8 euros cheaper online. Description is included anyway .... Yes then ;-) don't be surprised ..

Und wenn man dann nein sagt motzen sie dich an. Das hast du nicht gesehn. Nie wieder sehn sie mich dort. The rudest staff I have ever had to endure in my life. In addition, the staff forces you to do things that you don't want to do / take. And if you then say no, they piss you off. You didn't see that. You'll never see me there again.

Ich gehe sehr gerne in diese Apotheke, die netteste und höflichste Apotheke weit und breit. Danke für euren Einsatz in dieser schwierigen Zeit. Ich komme gerne wieder. Super great pharmacy, everyone tries very hard, was last week with a young, dark-haired lady with a ponytail, great advice, thanks again. I love going to this pharmacy, the nicest and most polite pharmacy far and wide. Thank you for your commitment during this difficult time. I will gladly come again.
