Gott sei Dank habe ich nichts wichtige gebraucht. Ihr solltet mal die Öffnungszeiten ändern statt 17:00 dann 16:55 nachtragen! and I figured that couldn't be true with these reviews. Unfriendly and at 16:55 someone is already at the door and said closed. Thank god I didn't need anything important. You should change the opening times instead of 17:00 and then add 16:55!

Meine Freundin hat per Mail ein Rezept erhalten und musste sich beim vorweisen Betrug von der inkompetenten Apothekerin vorwerfen lassen. Kurzer hand die Ärztin angerufen und Telefon an die fürchterliche Person gegeben. Nach kurzem anschi....s wurde die Medizin ohne weitere Worte hergerichtet. Entschuldigung gab es keine. Mir fehlen die Worte, aber die Bewertungen sagen schon alles! Incredibly indignant and rude staff. My friend received a prescription by email and had to be accused of fraud by the incompetent pharmacist. Without further ado the doctor called and gave the phone to the terrible person. After a short time, the medicine was prepared without further words. There was no apology. Words fail me, but the reviews say it all!

Das Personal zeigte sich geduldig und kompetent. My desired medication on prescription was not available, but I was kindly advised of a reorder or alternatives. The staff was patient and competent.

Seit Jahren beziehe ich für meine Eltern in dieser Apotheke Medikamente, bis jetzt immer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Weder am Telefon, noch bei einem persönlichen Besuch, wurde ich jemals unfreundlich oder gar unkompetent beraten und für etwaige Probleme wurde auch immer rasch eine Lösung gefunden. Meine besondere Anerkennung gilt aber besonders den netten Damen, die bis jetzt immer Termine für notwendige Covid - Tests fanden, auch wenn es mal ganz schnell gehen musste und selbstverständlich auch den Damen, die diese Tests sehr professionell durchgeführt haben! Herzlichen Dank an die Chefin und ihr tolles Team für diesen Einsatz, leicht ist es sicher nicht, aber wir brauchen E U C H !!! I absolutely cannot understand the many negative comments! For years I have been purchasing medication for my parents in this pharmacy, until now always to our complete satisfaction. Neither on the phone nor during a personal visit, I was never given unfriendly or incompetent advice and a solution was always found quickly for any problems. My special appreciation goes to the nice ladies who until now have always found dates for the necessary Covid tests, even if it had to be done very quickly, and of course also to the ladies who carried out these tests very professionally! Many thanks to the boss and her great team for this mission, it is certainly not easy, but we need E U C H!

Auch obwohl es Schwierigkeiten gab für die Medikamente für meinen Vater, hat mich die nette Apothekerin hier sehr zuvorkommend unterstützt, sodass ich beruhigt nach Hause gehen konnte. Vielen Dank. Wartezeit war auch relativ kurz bei laufendem Wochenendgeschäft. Was looked after very professionally, friendly, competently and without stress on a Saturday afternoon. Even though there were difficulties with the medication for my father, the nice pharmacist here supported me very courteously, so that I could go home with peace of mind. Many Thanks.
