Es wird am Monatsanfang Abgebucht aber die Rechnung dauert bis 10 Tage via Mail kann er die Rechnung nicht senden wegen Datenschutz . und sowas im Digitalen Zeitalter. Bin beim Chef gewesen sehr ungehalten. Customer does not manage to create an invoice when he withdraws from the account. It is debited at the beginning of the month but the bill lasts up to 10 days via email, he cannot send the bill due to data protection. and something like that in the digital age. I was very angry with the boss.

Sehr unfreundlich, bestimmend und in dieser schwierigen Zeit ( Covid) kein Entgegenkommen nach 50 Jahren, wo meine Mutter diese Apotheke aufsucht, noch dazu Fehlinformation der Ordinationszeiten für eine Vertretung des Arztes, mit dem Zusatz machen sie halt einen Spaziergang bei einer akuten Erkrankung, die sogar durch einen Arztbrief bestätigt wurde. Anschließend Besuch einer anderen Apotheke wo es ohne Probleme, grosses Verständnis und Freundlichkeit möglich war!!! I can only agree with the previous assessment. Very unfriendly, decisive and in this difficult time (Covid) no accommodating after 50 years, when my mother visits this pharmacy, moreover misinformation of the ordination times for a doctor's representative, with the addition they take a walk with an acute illness, the was even confirmed by a doctor's letter. Then visit another pharmacy where it was possible without problems, great understanding and friendliness!

Ich möchte mich höflichst dafür entschuldigen, dass ich gestern mit einem m.E. relativ einfachen Kundenwunsch Ihre Apotheke betreten habe. Ich konnte ja nicht ahnen, dass Ihre erste Mitarbeiterin nur schweigend mit den Augen rollte, weil sie offenbar von ihrem Job (noch) überhaupt keine Ahnung hatte und sich hilfesuchend an die zweite Mitarbeiterin wandte. Ebenso konnte ich nicht ahnen, dass Ihre zweite Mitarbeiterin einfach irgend ein Produkt bestellen wollte, ohne mich genau über dieses zu informieren. Wie ich hier in den Rezensionen lese, handelte es sich mit Sicherheit um einen sehr bedauerlichen Einzelfall von Unlust an der Arbeit und Unwissen in Ihrer Apotheke. Aber die gute Nachricht: Da es neue Mitbewerber in der Nähe gibt, in hellen Räumen und mit freundlichen und tatsächlich geschulten Mitarbeitern, wird so etwas für mich nicht mehr vorkommen. Ich hoffe sehr, Sie nehmen diese Entschuldigung an. Und falls Sie bald auf der Suche nach einem neuen Geschäftsmodell sind, berate ich Sie gerne, wenn es etwa um eine Apotheke zu DDR-Zeiten geht. Vielleicht ein Ansatz für Sie, Herr Zimmermann? Dear Mr. Zimmermann! As I read in the reviews here, it was certainly a very unfortunate individual case of reluctance to work and ignorance in your pharmacy. But the good news: Since there are new competitors nearby, in bright rooms and with friendly and actually trained employees, something like this will no longer happen to me. I very much hope you will accept this apology. And if you are looking for a new business model soon, I would be happy to advise you on a pharmacy in the GDR era, for example. Bewundernswert, wie ruhig und gelassen die Mitarbeiter auf jegliche Befindlichkeit eingehen bzw. es zumindest versuchen. Ich bin sehr regelmäßig dort und wurde bisher stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Eventuell liegt es am "wie man in den Wald ruft....". Fazit: Großes Lob an die Apotheke und herzlichen Dank für Ihren Service. Contrary to some previous reviews, I won't let anything come of the Antonius pharmacy. It is admirable how calmly and calmly the employees respond to any state of mind or at least try to do so. I am there very regularly and have always been treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Maybe it is because of "how you call into the forest ...". Conclusion: big compliments to the pharmacy and thank you very much for your service.

Werde dort nie wieder hingehen. Glaubt mir, diese Apotheke verdient keinen Cent von einem zu erhalten! Really deserve 0 stars (unfortunately you can only give a rating from 1 star). The unfriendliness of the employees is an absolute cheek! Will never go there again. Believe me, this pharmacy doesn't deserve a cent from you!
