Die Warteschlange wird immer länger, trotzdem bedienen nur zwei der vier Mitarbeiterinnen am Schalter... hat auch nichts mit Beratung zu tun, ist einfach nur ein seeehr laaaangsamer Prozess... Just incredibly slow. The queue is getting longer and longer, but still only two of the four employees at the counter serve ... has nothing to do with advice, it's just a very loafing process ...

Die Apotheke war voll von Kunden, die alle bedient werden wollten. Und dennoch hat er sich die Zeit genommen und mir sehr genau und ausführlich alles zu meinem Medikament erklärt!! Ich war richtiggehend geplättet und gleichzeitig schwer beeindruckt! In my 35 years, I have never been so humanly and professionally enlightened, as Mr. Mag. Zöchling has done today. The pharmacy was full of customers who all wanted to be served. And yet he took his time and explained to me very accurately and in detail everything about my medication !! I was really flattened and impressed at the same time!

Na ja, sie werden es schon besser wissen als ich. Mich haben Sie auf alle Fälle als Kunde „vergrault“ aber mit dem haben Sie ja ohnehin bei so einer Fehlauskunft (kein Schimmer von Kundenservice) gerechnet. Liebe Grüße Ihr somit „rarer“ Kunde. H. Well, they'll know better than I do. In any case, you “pissed off” me as a customer, but you expected that anyway with such misinformation (no clue of customer service). F	Fu Xi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider durchwegs schlechte Erfahrungen in dieser Apotheke, meiner Meinung nach ist jede andere in Stp besser. Ich komme mir jedes mal vor, als würde ich eine Fremdsprache sprechen, wenn ich gerne Beratung bezüglich eines Problemes/Produktes möchte. Die Reaktion ist dann oft nicht sehr wertschätzend und die Beratung entsprechend schlecht. Beim PCR-Test darf man sich anhören, dass man sich das Staberl ja ersparen könnte, wenn man sich nur impfen lässt. Solche Kommentare kann man sich getrost sparen! Gratis Selbsttests gibt es auch keine mehr, was auch überdeutlich mittels unzähliger Schilder und roter Pfeile kommuniziert wird; warum nur?... Bei dieser Apotheke werden wir in Zukunft kein Geld mehr ausgeben! Unfortunately, consistently bad experiences in this pharmacy, in my opinion any other in Stp is better. I always feel as if I am speaking a foreign language when I would like advice on a problem / product. The reaction is then often not very appreciative and the advice is correspondingly poor. In the PCR test you can hear that you could save yourself the stick if you just get vaccinated. You can safely save yourself such comments! There are no longer any free self-tests either, which is clearly communicated by means of countless signs and red arrows; Just why?... We will not spend any more money at this pharmacy in the future!

Die Apotheke hat ab heute einen neuen Chef, aber das Personal ist gleich geblieben. Einsatzfreudig fuer die Kunden wie immer und auch für die neue Chefin. Very friendly staff and reliable in inquiring and responding to orders for prescriptions and other remedies. The pharmacy has a new boss as of today, but the staff has remained the same. Dedicated to the customers as always and also to the new boss.
A	Ayla Yild on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel zu lange Wartezeiten, die Warteschlange meistens bis zum Lift hinaus, trotzdem werden immer wieder nur 2 Schalter belegt?! Anschließend kaum eine wirklich tolle Beratung. Also in diese Apotheke werde ich nicht so schnell wieder gehen. Die armen älteren Leute die da manchmal 20-30min stehen müssen für eine 5-Minuten-Tätigkeit.. Much too long waiting times, the queue mostly up to the lift, but only two counters are occupied again and again ?! Hardly any really great advice afterwards. So I won't be going back to this pharmacy anytime soon. The poor older people who sometimes have to stand there for 20-30 minutes for a 5-minute activity ..

Bestimmte Medikamente, die ich in jeder Apotheke einfach bekomme, ist dort äusserst mühsam - nur gegen Rezept etc... Wenn es nach den Damen dort geht, wären alle anderen Apotheken im kriminal... Einfach unverständlich diese Denkweise. Als ich letztens ein Warzenmittel mit Rezeot holen wollte, sagte der Chef es dauert eine Std ca bis das fertig ist und ich kanns mit dem Familiennamen abholen. Hab dann meine FrauFrau zum abholen geschickt, es war das reinste Theater für meine Frau, dieses Warzenmittel zu bekommen: zuerst wollte sie die ecard meiner Tochter, dann wollte sie es ihr ohne ecard gar nicht geben hat einen Aufstand gemacht und dann hats sies ihr ausnahmsweise gegeben. Ich mein was soll das? Also überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen diese Apotheke, nehmen das alles zu genau, auf Punkt und Beistrich! Nur ein Ärgernis! I will not enter this pharmacy again, the ladies are worse than the law! Certain medicines, which I can easily get in any pharmacy, are extremely difficult there - only with a prescription, etc... If the ladies there have their way, all the other pharmacies would be in the criminal... Simply incomprehensible this way of thinking. When I recently wanted to get a wart remedy with a recipe, the boss said it would take about an hour until it was ready and I could pick it up with my family name. I then sent my wife to pick it up, it was pure theater for my wife to get this wart medicine: first she wanted my daughter's ecard, then she didn't want to give it to her without an ecard, she made a fuss and then, exceptionally, she got it given. I mean what is that? So not to recommend this pharmacy at all, take everything too precisely, to the point and comma! Just an annoyance!

Es ist zwar niemand unfreundlich, jedoch merkt man ihnen manchmal den Stress halt an. I actually only go to this large pharmacy when I happen to be in Traisenpark. Lots of people, always busy apparently. Although nobody is unfriendly, you can sometimes tell that they are stressed.
