Obwohl ich das erste Mal bei Ihnen war, habe ich mich sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Angelika war beim Beratungsgespräch direkt und geradeaus, was mir sehr gut gefiel. Vor allem dem Kunden auch zu sagen was ihm nicht steht, hat bei mir gleich dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich in guten und vor allem erfahrenen, sicheren Händen gefühlt habe. Eigentlich hatte ich Bilder auf meinem Handy .... ich habe diese Bilder nicht einmal gezeigt weil ich nach den ersten Minuten gespürt habe, das ich keine Vorlagen oder Vergleichbilder benötige....! Toller Laden, tolles Team, tolles Ergebniss. Shortly after entering the salon, I was warmly welcomed. Although it was my first time with you, I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Angelika was direct and straightforward during the consultation, which I liked very much. Above all, telling customers what is not right for them helped me to feel that I was in good and, above all, experienced, safe hands. Actually, I had pictures on my cell phone .... I didn't even show these pictures because after the first few minutes I felt that I didn't need any templates or comparison pictures ....! Great store, great team, great result.
D	Daniel Zeiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal und nie wieder. Der erste Eindruck war top, aber vom persönlichen Umgang sehr unprofessionell. Auf Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen bzw. Gegenargumentiert, man könne sich gewisse Sachen (z. B. Nackenhaare rasieren) auch selbst daheim machen, zudem folgen noch persönliche Beleidigungen. Defintiv ein "ältere Generationen" friseur die mit der Mode nicht mithalten kann. Ältere Mitarbeiter pflegen einen sehr barschen und respektlosen Umgangston mit den Lehrlingen. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl in dieser Atmosphäre. Once and never again. The first impression was great, but very unprofessional in terms of personal interaction. Wishes were not responded to or counter-arguments that one could do certain things (e.g. shave the hair on the back of the neck) at home, and personal insults followed. Definitely an "older generation" hairdresser who can't keep up with fashion. Older employees have a very harsh and disrespectful tone with the apprentices. You feel very uncomfortable in this atmosphere.
K	Karolina Valentova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor kurzem erst in diesem Friseursalon. Erster Eindruck toll, jedoch wurde mir schnell klar, dass ich mich geirrt habe. Am Anfang hatte ich einen freundliche Friseurin, 10 min später kam eine andere, die mir die Haare wusch. Ich sage nur eines - AUA! Wirklich sehr grob, überhaupt nicht vorsichtig. Nachher kam wieder eine andere Friseurin, die mir die Haare föhnte. Sie hat komplett meine Kopfhaut verbrannt und hat auf mein „Könnten Sie es bitte kälter stellen?“ überhaupt nicht reagieren. Erst als ich vor Schmerzen wegzuckte, fragte sie ob alles in Ordnung sei. Danach wurden meine Haare gelockt - die Locken hielten vielleicht 15 Minuten. Insgesamt habe ich fast 70€ gezahlt und bin echt genervt rausgegangen. Zuhause angekommen, fühlten sich meine Haare soo ekelhaft an ( fettig, hart), dass ich sie sofort waschen musste. Heute bin ich draufgekommen, dass der Mittelscheitel nicht mittig ist. Jedoch muss ich ihn jetzt so lassen, weil ich Stufen drinnen habe und es sonst noch schrecklicher als sonst aussieht. Werde diesen Friseur auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen... Was recently at this hair salon. First impression great, but I quickly realized that I was wrong. In the beginning I had a friendly hairdresser, 10 minutes later another came to wash my hair. I only say one thing - Ouch! Really very rough, not careful at all. Afterwards another hairdresser came to blow dry my hair. She completely burned my scalp and didn't respond to my "Could you please turn it colder?" Only when I shrugged away in pain did she ask if everything was okay. After that, my hair was curled - the curls lasted maybe 15 minutes. In total, I paid almost € 70 and went out really annoyed. When I got home, my hair felt so disgusting (greasy, hard) that I had to wash it right away. Today I realized that the middle parting is not in the middle. However, I have to leave it like that now because I have steps inside and it looks even more terrible than usual. Will definitely not recommend this hairdresser ...
T	Tina Soundso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war leider vorher zum ersten und letzten Mal bei einem anderen Friseur im Traisenpark, was ein riesen Fehler war... gleich anschließend bin ich zu The Hairstyle gegangen. Marianne war super nett und konnte zum Glück alles retten (neuer Haarschnitt, das Augenbrauendisaster wurde auch korrigiert)! Sie hat mich auch sehr gut beraten und man hat gemerkt, dass sie weiß, was sie tut. Ab nun gehe ich nur noch zu The Hairstyle! Vielen Dank für die Rettung!! Unfortunately, I was at another hairdresser's in Traisenpark for the first and last time, which was a huge mistake ... I went to The Hairstyle immediately afterwards. Marianne was super nice and luckily she was able to save everything (new haircut, the eyebrow disaster was also corrected)! She also gave me very good advice and you could tell that she knows what she is doing. From now on I only go to The Hairstyle! Thank you for the rescue !!

Von den Lehrlingen bis zu den Stylistinnen sind alle sehr bemüht. Man merkt dass Sie eine gute Ausbildung haben. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Super, nur weiter so! I've been there for many years and have always received absolutely competent advice. The color and cut are always perfect! From the apprentices to the stylists, everyone tries hard. You can tell that you have a good education. I am very satisfied and can only recommend it! Great, keep it up!

Ich entschied es noch einmal zu probieren und ich ging zum Hairstyle in Traisenpark. Das war die beste Entscheidung. Ich liebe meine neue Haarfarbe (OMBRE). Ich wurde super lieb beraten und meine Wünsche wurden auch berücksichtigt. Sehr zum empfehlen. (wurde von Marianne bedient) Vielen Dank!! Auch wenn mir was nicht zu 100% zusagt wird immer sehr professionell gehandhabt und ausgeführt bis der Kunde zufrieden ist. Linda & Angelika verstehen wirklich ihr Handwerk und nehmen sich wirklich Zeit für die Beratung, aber auch die anderen Mädels sind immer sehr nett und fleißig hilfsbereit und machen ihren Job super.
