Ich: "Doch, für den Magen - habe ich doch letztens bei Ihnen gekauft". A: "Nein, kenne ich nicht. Da verwechseln Sie vielleicht einen Buchstaben. Da müssen Sie nachfragen". .....ich recherchiere im Internet und und zeige ihr das Produkt Gaspan. A:" Aha, also laut Lagerstand haben wir zwei. Ist das was homöopathisches?"". Ich: "Das weiß ich nicht, es wirkt jedenfalls". Sieht nach und meint: "Nein, keines da. Soll ich es bestellen?". Ich lehne freundlich ab und gehe. Keine Verabschiedung durch A. Ich muss sagen, den Kunden herablassend/schnippisch/unfreundlich zu behandeln und dann noch inkompetent sein, ist etwas viel auf einmal. Es gibt genügend andere Apos im Bezirk Mödling. Da hilft auch der Gebietsschutz nichts (mehr). Following dialogue: Me: "Hello, I would like a gaspan". Employees (snappy): "We don't have that, I don't know". Me: "Yes, for the stomach - I recently bought it from you". A: "No, I don't know. You may be confusing a letter. You have to ask". ..... I do research on the internet and show her the product Gaspan. A: "Aha, so according to the warehouse we have two. Is that something homeopathic?" "Me:" I don't know, it works anyway ". Looks up and says: "No, none there. Should I order it?". I kindly decline and leave. No adoption by A. I have to say, treating the customer in a condescending / snippy / unfriendly manner and then being incompetent is a lot at once. There are enough other apos in the Mödling district. Territorial protection doesn't help either (anymore).
