Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit nach 2 Testungen: Den Teststab etwas feinfühliger führen. Bei anderen Teststationen ist das Sammeln von Viren etwas weniger unangenehm (Urteil nach 6 Testungen bei 4 verschiedenen Testern). Nachtrag nach der dritten Testung in der Bären Apotheke: Der Tester, ein junger sympathischer Mensch, wird leider immer gröber. Beim Letzten Mal hat er meine Nasehöhle derart beleidigt, dass sie noch nach Tagen schmerzte. It couldn't be faster or easier! Perfectly organized and carried out. The only possibility for improvement after 2 tests: Use the test stick a little more sensitively. At other test stations, collecting viruses is a little less uncomfortable (judgment after 6 tests with 4 different testers). Addendum after the third test in the Bären Apotheke: The tester, a young, likeable person, is unfortunately getting rougher. The last time he insulted my nasal cavity in such a way that it still hurt after days.

Rächen-Abstrich möglich und nicht mit den Standard-Stäbchen, sondern angenehmeren. Super im Sinne des Kunden ? Well organized corona test. Online registration, process automated as far as possible. Revenge smear possible and not with the standard chopsticks, but more pleasant ones. Great for the customer ?

I could choose if I want to have results via email or to print it there. I got results in 15 min on my email. Thank you!
