Man wird zur Barbehebung gezwungen - wie im Mittelalter! Customer-hostile conditions. When resolving a savings account, there are horrendous transfer fees to normal Austrian accounts. You are forced to cash - as in the Middle Ages!

Der stets zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Service von allen Mitarbeitern ist wirklich einzigartig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich meinen Bankberater Herrn Franek, der für seine Kunden jedesmal die Extrameile geht. The Volksbank Mödling offers great service in a family atmosphere. Although I was very satisfied with my old house bank, I still decided to switch my financial matters to VB. The reason for this were recommendations from my circle of friends, which until now have been more than underlined. The always courteous and uncomplicated service from all employees is really unique. I would particularly like to highlight my bank advisor, Mr Franek, who always goes the extra mile for his customers.

In der Volksbank Mödling werden noch die "alten" Werte gelebt. Mit Kaffee und viel Zeit werden Konten, Finanzierungen, Versicherungen etc.. erklärt und nichts aufgeschwatzt - Zu meiner Verwunderung waren sehr viele Versicherungen, die überall anders obligatorisch waren plötzlich unnötig und der Zinssatz der Finanzierung passt auch - Das ganze ohne Stress und mit viel Vertrauen und Verständnis! Wirklich ein Geheimtipp in Zeiten der Online Formulare und des schnell schnell Wahnsinns! Finally a bank that takes the time for advice and doesn't just want to sell anything! The "old" values are still lived at Volksbank Mödling. With coffee and a lot of time, accounts, financings, insurances etc .. are explained and nothing is talked about - To my amazement, a lot of insurances, which were mandatory everywhere else, were suddenly unnecessary and the interest rate of the financing also fits - all without stress and with a lot of confidence and understanding! Really an insider tip in times of online forms and madness!

Kontowechsel war super einfach und ging ohne Probleme von statten. Had an appointment last week to switch accounts. The advice was great, I feel good all around.
