★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor zwei Tagen ging ich in die Apotheke meines Vertrauens und bat um einen Ausdruck in der ELGA von meiner ersten COVID19 Schutzimpfung. Obwohl es einen Tag davor in den ORF Nachrichten hieß, man bekomme den Ausdruck auch in der Apotheke, war es in dieser Apotheke nicht möglich. Nach mehreren Versuche meine prikäre Lage zu erklären, gab ich auf und ging. Schon traurig wie man mit einen Kunden umgeht, der über 10 Jahre Kunde ist. Werde mir eine andere Apotheke suchen.

Statement zur Antwort:
In der Apotheke wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass es technisch nicht möglich sei, sondern dass unter anderem aus reiner Bequemlichkeit nicht in die ELGA reinschaut und mir meine Schutzimpfung raussucht und dann noch ausdruckt. Deshalb nur einen Stern. Ich habe aber die Bewertung jetzt auf zwei Sterne erhöht. Ich verstehe aber immer noch nicht, weshalb es technisch nicht möglicht ist. Ihr schaut doch ständig ins ELGA um Rezepte aufzurufen, weshalb ist es bei der Covid Schutzimpfung auf einmal nicht möglich?
Two days ago I went to the pharmacy I trusted and asked for a printout in the ELGA of my first COVID19 vaccination. Although the day before the ORF news said that you could get the printout in the pharmacy, it was not possible in this pharmacy. After several attempts to explain my precarious situation, I gave up and left. It's sad how you deal with a customer who has been a customer for over 10 years. I'll look for another pharmacy.

Statement on the answer:
In the pharmacy, I was not told that it was not technically possible, but that, among other things, out of sheer convenience, do not look into the ELGA and find out my vaccination and then print it out. Therefore only one star. But I have now increased the rating to two stars. But I still don't understand why it's not technically possible. You constantly look at the ELGA to call up prescriptions, why is it suddenly not possible with the Covid vaccination?
