★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon! Bin Jahrelange Kundin und benutze täglich die Hauseigene Pflegeserie für meine Haut! Wo ich monatlich über 150€ an Pflegeproduckten konsumiere! Bin sprachlos, wie pampig man mit einem umgeht, nur weil ein Medikament bestellt werden muss! Unglaublich! Schade für die anderen Mitarbeiter! Den die Ungarische Dame am Schalter war stetig bemüht und absolut kompetent!
Very rude lady on the phone! I've been a customer for years and use the in-house care series for my skin every day! Where I consume over 150€ of care products per month! I'm speechless how sloppy you deal with just because a drug has to be ordered! Unbelievable! Shame on the other employees! The Hungarian lady at the counter was constantly trying and absolutely competent!
